I heard back from Ginger on my order. She cleared everything up and got me a partial refund. She was very kind and was just as concerned as I was. They clearly care about their customers.

Ordered two items which were in stock on their website. They shipped one item and the day before shipment arrival informed me that one item was out of stock. I told them to cancel the entire order and they should have informed me before shipping the one item that the second item was out of stock. I was told by email they would have Fed Ex return back to them the shipped item. That never happened and now they will not honor what they said. The also do not reply back to follow up emails on this order. BUY YOUR CANDY ELSEWHERE.

Awful, stay away from candydirect.com. I ordered a lot of candy for a party, which the company then lost. They had the candy but refused to expess ship so it would be on time, and were pretty hostile and certainly indifferent to my need for on time delivery. There are lots of bad reviews of the company, and lots of better places to order from!
