I ordered a product for my daughter
After two I had heard nothing so I cancelled the order . 2 days later I received an email saying the product was about to be shipped I could cancel my order but would have to pay a restocking charge
It hadn't been shipped
Not acceptable if even legal
Will not return to this company

Took a little long for delivery of product, but will buy from again and all around ok and will buy from again.

I was told 'Your order has been shipped via Royal Mail standard shipping which does not include a track able service' but this was a clear lie. The Item eventually arrived weeks after it was supposed to on a recorded service. The item was a very obvious counterfeit and now they have stopped responding to emails. It wouldn't surprise me if the positive reviews are from friends to keep the scam going. I would strongly suggest you avoid this company at all costs!

Too a bit long to receive, But otherwise ok.

After weeks of waiting, and being given three separate delivery dates (none of which were met), including being told the item had been despatched on December 6th, the item finally arrived. The postage label said it had been despatched on December 16th which was later than every single expected delivery date I had been given.

The item I received is counterfeit. It is clearly not genuine Urban Decay as I own the genuine version and the two are completely different. On contacting the company to report a fake item to request a refund, multiple times, they now refuse to make further contact with me.

I'm currently in the process of getting the money back from my bank and reporting the company to Trading Standards and Action Fraud.

Really disappointed and disgusted with candy cane, first of all package came 5 weeks late (was a Christmas present), second they sent the wrong item, and finally its fake products?

Ordered huda beauty liquid matte minis, I already have the same set which I got from cult beauty and this set kind of looks the same but smells weird, packaging is a lot thinner and poor quality, and also the font is different on the lipsticks. Fake makeup is so dangerous I hope no one else buys from them just because they are a few 拢 cheaper it's not worth it.

great products. my Morphe palette was well packaged. Held in customs as I could not produce PAAN Card.

Ordered Luna Mini, which arrived faulty and did not turn on, contacted via email to inform and was sent a return stamp via email. Returned back and was exchanged with a new mini 2. Love my make up blender sample & lash set.

I was naive to not listen to the previous bad reviews! I bought the Natasha Denona Sunset Palette and not only did it take FOREVER to arrive (as they ship it from Canada) it's a fake! After 1.5 months of emails back and fourth they finally refunded me partially but took out a restocking fee for a fake product that could be dangerous to use!

PLEASE DON'T MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID! DO NOT USE!!

Scam. Bought an ABH palette and shadow names were misspelled. Colours were also far brighter than my old palette
