Your checkout software is flawed. It would not let me get to Paypal and made it very difficult for me to place my order.

I have had an ongoing nightmare with Candelabra. I ordered a coffee table on November 3 and could not get a hold of their team to get any order updates. Their shipping estimate was about 8 weeks so around that time i started to reach out and could not get a response. So around the 10 week time I tried cancelling, and again couldnt get a response- just generic emails saying "we will look into it" or "we will be in touch"- nothing that actually addressed my questions/concerns at hand. I then got a call yesterday (14 weeks after placing the order) saying that it would be delivered in 2 hours (never got any shipping confirmation or warning about this). I commute to work so I was an hour away and could not be there to receive the shipment. I had to scramble to get a family member there to receive it. I will now start the fun process of trying to return this table, which is no longer needed at this point. I am beyond frustrated.

Just ordered this item after seeing it at a local design store. The no shipping cost was a great incentive and I got the item for $160 less than what my local Naples FL store wanted. Thanks.

page spazzed out on me and had to reload when I was trying to pay. I'll believe it when I see it arrive. feels slightly dubious so far. I havent written it off though

The 20% off offer is very misleading. YOu don't know if your items are on sale until you have made the buying decision. Strangely, none of the items I selected were eligible for the discount.

The biggest and only negative is the cost of shipping. That was the most I think I ever spent on shipping something. It adding a LOT to the cost.

I am very satisfied with my first time experience. I felt a little risky to buy online without seeing things in person, but I was gratified when things arrived. Furniture shipments from the manufacturer came well packed as did the small items from your warehouse. Everything was of high quality and even better than expected. Thank you, will shop with you again.

Love the products you sell. More unique than many other sites. Prices are a bit steep, but I understand it’s a luxury brand store. Wish the shipping dates were listed on the site.

Worst customer experience ever. After calling on two comforters I ordered eight weeks earlier (and being told I had to be patient because they were made in NZ) I finally received a notification that it was being shipped. Two weeks later I received a notification that it was returned to the shipper as undeliverable by UPS and that I would be charged a restocking fee. Called them immediately and they said they'd have to call me back. Two business days later, since I had not heard back, I called them again as I still wanted the comforters. I was told they already refunded me (less the 15% restocking fee.) I am absolutely livid.

I have been dealing with defective table issues for quite some time. These are Gabby home tables, it may be an issue with them but the customer service to report and deal with the issues take so long, I have a defective table sitting in my office so I charged back the original purchase and reordered as this is a purchase for our clients(we are an interior design firm) It is so difficult to get issues resolved and it is so incredibility slow, not what I expect from a company like yours.

no support available. transaction would not proceed because I tried to order too much $$$. Running a sale and no one to troubleshoot. not good service at all. I have run into this time and time again and always give up because it is just so much hassle. I plan on getting what I need here and being done with this company.
