In light of this Pandemic our Country is under I booked my future reservation 2 days to early before shelter orders are in place. NOT ONLY for my County but also the County I planned on visiting. After attempting to reach out to Cancelon SEVERAL times I have not received assistance or any direction. I was on hold for 45 minutes and sent several emails with no assistance received. I am starting to think this is a scam.

Terrible company. We saw an available hotel room through Trivago and it took us to book through Cancelon. We paid in full and booked the reservation, forfeiting other opportunities to book somewhere else in Napa. Two days later I got an email saying the booking was canceled and now there are no other options for us to stay. HORRIBLE! Do not trust any booking through this scam of a website. The name is fitting….Cancelon…cause they will cancel on you.

Excellent customer service huh? I have tried reaching you through email phone and your messaging app. No response. I booked the room three days ago and have yet to get a confirmation at this time. You need to contact me and resolve this issue.

Did not receive an email confirmation, cannot figure out how to log in to your site and provide a booking number in order to check status. Refreshing the page did show that my booking was confirmed but typically with travel sites you're warned not to refresh your browser…

I am soooooo upset, I will never use your service again – YOU ARE LIARS!! It said "free cancellation until 3 days before arrival" but then AFTER I booked it said $52 cancellation fee – you should be ASHAMED of yourself!! I feel like reporting this to better business bureau, etc.

this has been fine, I wanted to stay one extra night, on Sunday and the prompt told me the hotel was sold out. I woud also like to request a noon check in. My arrival in Palm Springs is at 11 am on Friday. I have not had a problem using other hotels. This is my first time at this hotel and I would like to continue to use your hotel. Thank you

Not sure what happened here. We were on the trip advisor site and booked a room. The event was ultimately cancelled due to the Wuhan Virus and now we are unable to cancel our room?
