Canberra Toyota

I bought Tyres from Tyresales.com.au and preferred installation location was Canberra Toyota at Philip ACT.
When I got my car back from dealership I drove to work and left it under secure car park. After work I went to a service station to get some fuel. There I noticed that rear right tire has almost no air on it.
Then I went to the air-pump and checked the pressure on that tire. To my surprise it was 12psi which is very dangerous to drive and possible damage to the tyre. Then I pumped up the tire to 32psi. While doing that, I noticed the an air leak from the valve. Also noticed that the old vales being used on all four tires replaced. I managed to put the spare wheel on the wheel which was leaking. It was very inconvenient in freezing Canberra evening.
Next day, Canberra Toyota Phillip replaced only one valve stem which was faulty. Though Canberra Toyota Phillip strictly claim, they replaced the valve stems on all four wheels, I can clearly see that old stems still there with some dirt on it. Three stand out from the Valve stem which was replaced. All they did was wipe out the dirt on the top of the stem to make it looks new. I know Valve stems are not that expensive and don't know what they try to save.
This is unacceptable behavior and I claim it as fraud.
I can't waste any more time (i spent about an hour and half next day) going into the dealership again and again to fix these issues.
I believe it make sense to use new valves, for new tyres and cost nothing compared to tyres.
If they doing this kind faulty work on simple things like changing tyres and valves, I'll not trust them to do any work on my car.
This is unacceptable and dangerous to reuse old valves. I will not use Caberra Toyota dealership again and will tell about the unbelievable behavior to all the people I know.
By the way you do not have to go to dealership to service or repair your car. Any qualified mechanic will service or repair your car and it will not void warranty. When you buy the car from a dealership if the say(verbally) "you have to come back to us to do the service", ask them to put that into writing. If they do, that can be send to ACCC and dealer will be in big trouble.
