it was all very friendly when signing the paperwork but the response to my queried have become less and less. Now that all the paperwork has been done I guess like all companies I'm not so important to you anymore and my queries are my own problem.
Getting through to the agent was a breeze though, which is a rare treat but still my queries have not been met and I have not settled my account which I know I have to do daily otherwise I will get charged more for it. How sad! When will someone call me back to tell me how to settle my account. I can find no info on the website. Waiting for tech to get back to me.
PS. the tech did get back to me immediately after I left this review. It was a great response and they helped me out with all the queries I had.

One, out of the four terminals we received did not work. It was replaced overnight. Excellent! I have not yet sorted out exactly how I am dealing with the gift certificates. Some aspects of the terminals are better, some aspects are not as good. The fact that we now have two different types of terminals and the software is not common for both types of terminals is a little bit problematic. They do not work the same and gift cards do not work on both types of terminals. It was not good to not have this fully understood upfront. CanPOS is working with me and showing strong interest in facilitating a smooth transition on gift cards.

Having difficulty contacting anyone and when I do they are not following through on commitments that they make.
I hope things will improve when this health emergency is over.

Well I can say that my experience has been bad. I put through two transactions and have yet to receive my money. I was told that the wrong bank account number was entered and my money was sent to that bank account. Now I am waiting 7 to 10 days to have this rectified. I am very dissatisfied.

Thank you to Florence @ Canadian POS for helping me with my E-Commerce cancellation request. We have been customers of Canadian POS for a few years now, and have always been treated great. I signed up for an E-commerce account only to find out I didn't need it several months later, and Florence made the cancellation process super easy!
