I may be sure very high level of attention may give much patients towards the influence of the environment, this is a very evident moment that also may give me much notion towards some very decent treatments from the decent pharmacy

I ordered a laptop battery in July and was told that it would take 2-5 days to arrive. It did not. I replied to report that I have not heard from them nor received my battery.

The method of purchase was via PayPal to Terry.

All from Terry. I have sent a final email asking for a refund. I am not hopeful.

Unfortunately I didn't read these reviews first. Ordered a battery, never received it or any help from their customer service

Ordered a battery; didn't receive any tracking information, let alone a battery. After sending several emails I was able to get a full refund.

Beware! This place will not issue refunds and there is no real customer service despite what they say on their website.

I ordered a battery for my friend and then it turned out that they no longer needed it. I wrote to them asking for a refund within an hour of placing the order and received a response from Terry trying to sell me another battery. When I said I just wanted a refund I got no response. I emailed them several times, called the office phone (which is a mobile # from China) and still no response. It seems I'm not alone because google searches for this company turn up negative reviews. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. They just take your money.
