Tickets were ordered and delivered exactly as promised. No problems. This is the 3rd year of using this supplier with 0 issues or problems.

Our order arrived within days of ordering. As a bride-to-be, this is such an important factor when you are stressing and planning so many things on the go. There was a error on the sequencing of our ticket numbers but a simple call to the most helpful and friendly customer service rep and we got brand new tickets sent to us overnight. Now, this blew our minds as they did not ask for a return the defective product which could have costed us both time and money. And the quality of the tickets are very well done and professional looking. Would most definitely order through them again and would recommend to all!

I used to design and print my own, but this service is easier, faster, and cheaper. Have used them a number of times now and are quite happy with the results.

Tickets print was very hard to read and the tickets were stapled on the wrong side making them very difficult to keep track of!
However I have ordered other items and they were great!

This was an extremely user friendly site to set up and purchase event tickets. The pricing is quite decent as well tickets were received in a short turn around time. My only other comment would be that the delivery address should indicate whether products are being sent by postal or courier service. For individuals who live in a rural area there is often no courier service available to them at their rural address which would mean they need to supply an urban residential address to use.

Love the ability to choose from different designs and personalize. Always great quality and super fast. Perfect option for our not-for-profit events.

This was my first experience ordering fundraising tickets with Ticket Maker and it will not be my last time. They are high quality tickets and i received the tickets by FedEx within a week. Customer service was curtious and professional.

I am very satisfied with the service I received. I had to make a last minute change on my order after I had already proofed it. I call customer service and they had no problem refunding my money and letting me reorder with the changes.
My only issue that I have is the shipping cost. It cost me more money to get my order shipped to me then the cost of the order itself. I wish there was an alternative form of shipping (i.e. Canada Post) then FedEx.

I first was on the US site and called the customer service number and she directed me to the Canadian site…she saved me lots of money!!!!
