ZERO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. Been waiting for a reply for over 2 weeks now on a defective MOBO. Sent multiple emails and waited over an hour on the phone only to be transferred to a full voicemail box. Should have read the reviews first… Once the physical store opens once again, they will regret it because I am going and I will be angry.

The worst experience I have had. No response to email tickets also no reason for cancelling the order after 5 days. I ordered the product while it's in stock and waited almost a week to receive an email without any reason: order cancelled.
Thank you for the quality of service you provided to me. I will not purchase even a cable from you.

Cambridge has terrible service for the new year. We had a back order that we tried constantly following up on but they do not pick up their phones.
We had to personally follow up and showed the sales receipt. The staff did not even bother to check if the stock was onsite and mentioned it can be treated as a pass to any site.
Off we went to Mississauga, lo and behold the manager mentioned that this wasnt purchased in his site and why would he give that inventory away. We understood and this man was very apologetic and personally instructed that we go back to Cambridge and the order was there. We left as a valued customer.
Went back to Cambridge and mentioned our experience, this staff talked back and said if we had a better solution why dont we do it in the first place. This young man, if I was his manager, I will put him back in the training!
My point is, this should have been resolved the first time we were there personally. Imagine, talking back instead of showing empathy?!

Horrible customer service.
DO NOT recommend purchasing any computer parts from this business. They do not care about the client. No matter how many times you phone they WILL NOT answer the phone and when you do get a hold of someone they are not willing to help to the best of their ability.

Shop elsewhere, save your time and money. They don't answer their phones (EVER), they don't tell you that a product isn't in stock until weeks later (even after you've reserved it in store), the staff can't hold a conversation for more than 10 seconds, their customer service is awful and they DO NOT stand by their price protection. I bought a gaming laptop and 1 week later is went on sale for $200 less and they said it didn't qualify. What is the point? I'd rather give my money to an american company than these losers again.

this is a bad merchant. they don't honor returns. their policy is unreasonable and unfair. i bought a mouse and found the size is a bit small. i went back to store the next day and they won't allow me to return it because i opened the box and their policy is no return if the item is opened. this is ridiculous. if i don't open the box how would i know what's in the box and if mouse fits my hand? avoid this merchant.

This company is terrible. I have never seen such a joke in my life. I ordered a power supply 3 WEEKS ago. They still have "in transit" on the delivery. They wont even answer their phones. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They have a 1 star rating for a reason.

This company has zero customer support whatsoever. They must purposely cut all their phone lines because I've tried calling into their support line and multiple of their direct store numbers with no response. I've also tried emailing them directly multiple times and have gone two weeks without a response now. I ordered a new CPU from these guys and it purchased two without sending me confirmation. Never order from this company as in their eyes all sales are final and they're just looking to steal your money.

So bad experience. I ordered 2 pieces 3 weeks ago and never recieved it. It was during BlackFriaday sales so I was having a discount. I call them every day during the last week,I pass like one hour at the phone and they dont answer me. Same thing by email or by the web site. I went to one of the store and they tell me that they cant do anything for me. Never order here again, very bad service, in fact there is none.

I don't know what happen but over the last few months Canada Computers (which wasn't great to start with) managed to get much worst. Recently, staff are extremely rude, unfriendly and do not answer the phone. When in store, you can clearly see the phone ringing while everyone is just standing around. If you managed to get through, you're told one thing on the phone and another in person. They refuse to update their website with stock and when you go into the store its always a gamble of getting your product.
I believe courses in customer support are needed from the top down.

If zero was an option. Ordered two hard drives, one arrived but charged for two. Sent emails to customer service 3 times over two weeks with no response asking when the second can be sent. Ended up getting credit card company to refund the charge. Finally received a response from company 4 weeks after first email I sent them. They didn鈥檛 even read my emails as they stated that the item was delivered as per Canada post. Brutal company that I would never use again

ALERT never buy anything from
[email protected]_Deals Canada Computers & Electronics they are scammers. Their Toronto 284 store pulled the old bait and switch on me. On the Canada Computers & Electronics website they listed a LG Monitor (27UL850-W) as new. I ordered the monitor online. The store located on college street sent me an email stating that the item I ordered was a "Open Box" item. They did not offer any discount and asked me if I still wanted to purchase the item. I replied asking it there was a discount. The replied yes that there would be a 10% discount. I agreed and purchased the item on Dec 10th. On Dec 11th I went to pick up the monitor from the Toronto store on college. The box was resealed and I paid for it and took it home. After getting the item home and opening it a few hours later I discovered that the monitor inside the box was a different model from the one I purchased. The monitor inside the box is a LG Monitor (27UL550-W). It is a cheaper LG model with less feachers but looks almost identical to the other LG models. I sent emails to the Toronto store with no reply. I packed up the monitor and took it back to the toronto store on college to get a refund. There after the second person came to help me they when to talk to their manager (there was no manager in the store only a supervisor). They proceeded to tell me there is nothing they can do. They said they scan monitors as they are returned and not the box so there is no way that there is a different monitor in the box. They told me the original item was returned in October. So I can only assume someone defrauded them and they are trying to pass on the monitor to a customer or someone in the store purchased the cheaper model (it's about $250 cheaper) and swapped out the monitors. I just wanted to return the item and get a refund.

Truly the worst experience ordering something I鈥檝e ever had
I ordered a i9 9900k cpu processor online (keep in mind that鈥檚 a $500 cpu) and selected 2 day shipping,( I drive around Canada for work and was back for my birthday so I chose 2 day shipping to get it on my birthday) to my suprise I checked my order later that day and found that it was shipped! I was exited, my birthday comes around and still nothing, I鈥檓 constantly refreshing my email and I never got a confirmation email saying it was shipped, I called customer support 4 days after my initial order and sat on hold for an hour and was told that it was shipped, I was told to call UPS and so I did, to my surprise they told me that they never actually got it, so I had to call back Canada computers, sat on hold for another hour, only to be told by the customer service representative that she would contact ups and the warehouse and to call back on Monday, (I called on Friday) Monday comes around and I found out that she didn鈥檛 do anything and I was told to follow up AGAIN within 1 to 2 business days. I鈥檓 beyond pissed at the lack of responsibility that this company is taking towards my order and I鈥檓 beyond pissed, to anyone who is ordering from Canada computers or is thinking about ordering from them I would very highly recommend not to do it, go with memory express or new egg.

Don't buy from Canada Computers, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, can't get in touch with anyone. I ordered a Monitor on Black Friday (which was INSTOCK). Website processed the order, and payment on my credit card and after 2 days received email that the Monitor was back order. I immediately tried cancelling the order from their website, on top of sending a reply email to cancel the order. Since then still no news 9 days later. Tried calling in today, I either get to the answering machine and get the line to drop, or I wait on hold an hour to then be transferred to the same answering machine that drops the line.

I purchased a new computer and additional RAM. It turned out to be defective so I returned it to them for warranty service. Now they are so busy they can't even update me on the repair status, in fact service is so busy with returns and repairs that they can't even take a minute to speak with me. I have to wonder about the quality of their product if they have that many returns and repairs. At the time I returned it they said they had to keep it in quarantine for 3 days before they could look at it so if I wanted a refund I would have to wait until they were able to test it. Now after 4 days they won't even take my call.

Canada Computers has the worst customer service. You cant get a hold of anyone at the locations when you call. The line is always busy and the main customer service line has you on hold for over an hour and then when you want to leave a voice mail, you press 0, the phone line cuts off. Terrible place to buy products. I recommend Amazon or directly from the manufacturer.

I recently ordered something from CC but decided to cancel within minutes of ordering because it would not be arriving in time before my move. I tried the cancel order button but was unsuccessful because it said that the order was already processed(hard to believe that it was processed this quick). Then I tried calling customer service and was put on hold for over 45 minutes without any response. I was delayed by CC long enough that they "shipped" my order and cancellation was basically impossible. I know that I'm able to request a refund once the item arrives(will need to come back after my move), but that refund doesn't include the shipping cost, which makes me believe that this was all a scam by CC to make a few bucks from the shipping.

Bought a keyboard but didn't want a loud one. Due to COVID there were no models to try out. Now stuck with the loud keyboard due to no exchange or return for open box, which is made worse by a 'Christmas' policy which started on Nov 13th. Will be reaching out to Razer directly to raise an issue and perhaps request the same model with silent keys, if possible.

Bought a 27inch MSI monitor took it home and unboxed a defective/damaged unit. Less that 3 hours after the purchase I was back at the Store in North York Toronto.
The manager inspected the monitor and noted that it was not damaged on the exterior of the monitor, but there appeared to be some discoloration on the screen (powered off). He gave me some BS about having to get MSI's approval to exchange it and that could take a week or so.
The manager also said that CC sells in consignment, so that explains their BS policy.
If they dont replace it, I will have to file a claim with the credit card company.

Price adjustment policy is simply a SCAM. You will never get a price adjustment according to their T&C. Bought a laptop for one price, the next day it dropped, but Canada Computers don't consider "on sale price" as a price drop. Just ridiculous.
