I think maybe they are having issues with newer phones. Because reading thru comments all older phones worked, and received codesign, anything newer did not. Myself included. I was able to have my S5 unlocked (took 48 hrs) and now I tried to unlock my hubby's A5 2017 NOTHING every email fails to send and it's been 5 days. So I don't know how to rate them honestly.

Well over 48 hours ago I paid for the unlock code I'm still waiting I've sent 5 emails and got 2 standardized emails thanking me for contacting them and they will get back to me shortly. Don't bother calling the phone number it goes to a voicemail and no one calls you back. Not happy at all

The only email response I got is from them telling me within 1 hour i will get my unlock code. This is going on 72 hours and no response, I have sent over 6 emails.

My situation is urgent but it seems like they have no interest to respond back. The phone # on the site goes to a computerized voicemail. NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY.

Scam I paid for unlock code for 2 Samsungs and a week later still no codes. got lots of excuses but no codes. I have asked for a refund but since then they no longer are responding to my messages. have registered a dispute with Paypal to get my money back. would not recommend these people at all

This company is a masive scam dont waist your money paid for unlock code for galaxy s6took 3 days to get code which was 16 digets but code for my phone was 8 digets will not reply to emails and did not refund cash simple di not use this company and google should remove there site

Is a scam. The phone number doesn't work and they never reply your emails. I did got a notice from somebody trying to use my email account after I purchased the code from here.

Did provide the unlock code for my s8 phone..And even noy refunding my money ..It's almost 15 days..

They helped me unlock a s7 from videotron. It took longer than expected around 48 hours but they were able to get me a code when other sites could not.
