I ordered sweat pants that were on clearance for a whooping 32.00.
They said can't return. Well they never said they were not made right. These pants are huge on my son. It says in the instructions don't worry just wash them if they are large. I did that. They are still made like clown pants. This product is mis represented. They got rid of them by lying and than no return product. Cost me 32.00 plus shipping. I did get a sweat shirt that was ok.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!! My son pledged a fraternity this fall and I received a flyer from Campus Classics, so for Christmas I thought to surprise my son and order him a couple of items from the site the catalog issued. Weeks later, nothing, numerous calls and voice messages to the company regarding my order..nothing. I only thought to look up Reviews of the company after failed communication. My biggest mistake. I showed my son the flyer of the company…never heard of them. He tells me I should have ordered directly from his fraternity online. Lesson learned. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR… STAY AWAY FROM SITE. TRYING TO HELP ANYONE FROM THE MESS I'M HAVING TO GO THROUGH RIGHT NOW.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ORDERED $200 WORTH OR MERCHANDISE ON NOV. 20 AND ONE ITEM WAS TO BE PERSONALIZED. NOT ONLY DID THEY NOT FULFILL THE COMPLETE ORDER, I JUST RECEIVED NOTIFICATION THE ORDER WILL BE DELIVERED DEC. 24. I SEND NUMEROUS EMAILS AND SPOKE ON THE PHONE WITH THEM TO SEND BY DEC. 20 AND THEY DISREGARDED MY REQUEST. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS AND I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! Horrible customer service. Placed a second order on December 6 before receiving my first order placed prior to Thanksgiving (I would never had placed a second had I known). Didn't get the first order until last week. Attempted to contact company numerous times. They do not give status updates on orders. Finally got in touch with someone on Dec 20. The order had not even gone out yet and it was placed on Dec 6.. Now have a tracking number that says it won't be delivered til after Christmas!! Now my son will be short 2 presents on Christmas morning!! Also not happy with the quality of items I did receive. I guarantee they would not even do refunds correctly either. Horrible company!!!!!!!!!!

I placed an order for a Fraternity pullover on their website. When the pullover came in, the fraternity letters were SO much smaller than what was pictured on their website. The embroidered logo was literally smaller than a quarter and you could barely see it. I emailed the company and did get a response back the first time, asking for photos in which I sent as well as a screenshot from their website. I even put a quarter next to the letters so they could have a size reference. I never received a response from the second email so I emailed again. Still no response so I called. I was told that all the pullovers in their warehouse have the tiny letters and the picture on their website was just a different angle. Whether it was or not the letters online were actually visible and larger. I told them I wanted to return it and get my money back. I was given instructions and was told I would have to pay to return it. I told them I should not have to pay to return something that I never would have ordered to begin with had I not expected it to look like the photo advertising the product. I asked to speak to someone higher up and had to leave a message. I got a call back and was told that I zoomed in the photo and that鈥檚 why it looked differently. Honestly I did not. That letters can鈥檛 even be made out unless you鈥檙e standing really closely to the pullover. Why would anyone want to order something with a monogram that is that tiny? I won鈥檛 waste my money returning something that I shouldn鈥檛 have to pay for over their false advertising. Instead it will be donated to a local shelter. Use caution when ordering from this site! I wish there was an option on here to leave a photo for you to see for yourself.

Great experience with Campus Classics! My college resident hall ordered t-shirts through Campus Classics – shirts are soft and durable. Communication with Campus Classics was exceptional – great customer service!

I was very disappointed in the time it took to receive my order. Took over 10 days. Did not arrive until 2 days after Christmas. Which meant I had to remail, to my grandson 250 miles away.At additional expense. Very upset!!!!
