Received the wrong book and ask them to make it right. They responded they did not have the book I ordered and to ship the wrong book back. They would reimburse $3.99 for postage. At this point it isn't worth the time, effort or gas for $10.00. Book went in the trash and I will stay away from places that don't rate their sellers. Such as Valore Books

I had the unfortunate experience of doing business with campusbookstores.net when I ordered a used textbook through the abebooks.com website. The book was described as being in good condition but when it arrived it smelled like it had been drenched in Pine-Sol – you could smell the book when you entered the room it was that potent.
So I requested to a return label so I could get a refund and was told "I cannot authorize a return for a full refund because of a fresh and clean scent". FRESH AND CLEAN SCENT! Are you kidding me? Is that how you conduct customer service. So I replied that I would like a phone number so I could a contact the company and speak with someone directly to discuss my return–and they didn't write back. So I sent another email requesting a phone number and stating that this was my second request and they wrote back saying that it was a small business and they didn't have a phone… Needless to say I will never be doing business with this company or ordering anything through abebooks.com again. Very poor customer service.
