This shoe store is an illegal operator. They sell counterfeit goods sent from China. The product I'd ordered arrived and wasn't as described and they have subsequently refused to give me a proper refund or the chance to return the item.
I have reported them to trading standards and to the brand manufacturer. Avoid at all costs.
