Super bra service

Great service. Quick delivery.

I was very pleased with my order when I got it however the delivery was several days later than the planned delivery date. I wish that Campadre would have contacted me to inform me of the delay instead of me having to contact them, wondering when my order would be coming. One of the items I ordered was a surprise for my daughters graduation and I wasn't able to give it to her as planned.

I鈥檓 satisfied with products, but not delivery. I bought 2 things and they send it in 2 different packages and in 2 different days. I needed to drive to the post office 2 times- I live far away from the city. I don鈥檛 want to think what would It be, if I buy more products.

The bag had some marks on the front and back side which made it look like a used item. Sort from that the service is very good.

Customer service is conducted soley in a standard reply manner The inquiry is not read, there is no simple greeting from the company and they are not solution orientated – fail to meet the bare minimum level of service

Although the purchase did not fit me but they were very quick! I always buy almost everything online and so far this was the quickest delivery!

I have sent an email to the customer service if I can returned back the broken vase but no reply so will pay the vase even though it鈥檚 broken. I would say not a good service!

Best price . Very good packaging . I received my fragile/glass items very quickly and all intact.

The product is good. The packaging from Campadre needs improvements; items are not well wrapped.
