Camodump

We ordered 2 bathrobes from them in 12/11. Took several weeks to deliver order. One was too large (our error) so we followed the posted exchange process (thanks goodness we saved our proof of shipping, copy of letter sent to them, snapshots of online contact and a running log of phone messages).

They did not return our phone messages left on their 888 number, they did not return any online contacts, and they did not exchange or refund or item! As recent as yesterday, no return calls or response to online submission.

One year later, we just filed a formal complaint with the FTC. BAD BAD BUSINESS EXPERIENCE!!!! They still owe us that robe, or a refund if they can not deliver!!!! We will post our experience at every possible feedback site so others can be aware of our experience and decide for themselves if to do business with camodump.com

It's been over a month since I placed my order and all they have done is taken my money– no merchandise, no updates, no responses to my inquiries.

Forget the "Camo", they should just change theri name to "Dump", because that's what they do to their customers.

placed order for one shirt and after three weeks never recieved shirt this was for two day shipping. They would not answer phone or reply to emails and when i finally did contact them they told me they were having problems with there distributor and could not get the shirt out for a couple of weeks. i chose to get my card refunded and was told the credit would happen in the next day or two it has not yet. this service is unexceptable and I feel as though I have been take for a ride. Don't do buisness with them save your time and sanity.

I ordered 7 t-shirts (for a breast cancer charity run!) and they only shipped 3, although I was charged the full cost of the 7. They did not respond to e-mails or phone calls. I filed a dispute through Paypal, and they still refused to acknowledge the problem or refund the difference. Last I checked they don't take Paypal anymore– so buyer beware!
