I had such an absolutely ridiculous experience with the customer service of this company that I had to share. They charged me 5 times for a subscription. I contacted paypal and they said there was a hiccup in the system, no worries, but contact Camfrog. I did and spoke to "Pam" or maybe "Pat" with the initial G. Pam could not get her head around the fact I needed only 4 payments refunded, as I wished to keep one active so I had an active subscription for the service.
So this woman refunds me for 4 upgrades, then reverted my account to basic. But I paid for 5. Meaning they owed me one. I sent her screenshots of my paypal statement, I tried to explain this, but this woman wasn't very smart. I tried to end the email convo and went to buy a subscription again, thinking i'd just write off the other one. But she KEPT taking my subscriptions. So I'd email again, and she'd refund. I'd buy again, and she'd take it again.

In the end I got so frustrated I drew red arrows to the charges. I explained this to her like a toddler I swear to God. But she wouldn't leave me alone? She kept just reverting my account to basic. She admitted to doing it in the email chains. She then removed my photo from my profile. it was like dealing with a schoolyard bully. So I asked to talk to her manager.

Then she acted like a complete child and banned my entire account. Not for a violation of any rules, but because she couldn't understand a basic request.
What kind of company operates this way? lol. I was polite the whole time. I was a long time, paying and active user of this service and owned 3 rooms. I didn't want to fall out with them!

This company is burning to the ground and no doubt they'll blame everyone else apart from themselves and the complete morons they hire.

Camfrog was awesome back in about 2005 until whenever paltalk bought it.
It used to be great for chatting and making friends in an 13+ moderated international webcam chat. But over the years the worst people have been put in permanent power and they are rude and extremely biased and ban long time users for asking why the moderators are so one sided. They have absolutely no compassion and swear, while if you do anything at all questioning this, you are subject to a 30 day BAN and then you can only access rooms with less than 20 people or rooms of nothing but penis perverts and scammers.
There has not been a mac version update in more than 5 years and the operators will lie and say it's being worked on, but we all know that probably camfrog will die before that comes to be.
I'm very disappointed and my heart is heavy with how this has been.
I fully support TERM LIMITS for the moderators as they are all using their power for actual evil. Aviator kicked me out last night because I wanted to chat about insects and he wanted to eat food.

horrible everything. they make it hard to find your subscription info so you cant cancel it, they send run around emails and never respond. they are thieves. the website and program are garbage. worst website ever since the start of the internet. i swear to god.

this site has to be the worst site ive ever came across on the internet. you sign up and then they hide all your payment info from you, cant find where to cancel. they say its there but theres nothing there, write to customer support an auto e-mail comes back and you reply to it and it sends another one and another one but they dont do s*it it always the same email. worst customer service ever. thieves, idiots and as a program camfrog is trash. that sh*t f–king sucks. its full of ugly a$s philipino and thai hookers with black n white cams. f camfrog and everyone who works with them from the c.e.o. all the way down to the janitor. bizitches!

I keep on having problems with an operator in camfrog main room. Hes name is Aviator. He can do and say what he wants and doesn't get kicked from the room. He insulted me on where I'm from and He insulted my character. It is unfar that operators can get away with things like this. Aren't they supose to set an example? He has kicked me from the room several times because I stand up for myself. This is a very bad outlook for Camfrog. If this continues I'm going to delete Camfrog from ALL my devices.

To be honsent, Camfrog has lot of criticise but the truth about others using the site and enjoying them selfs they have ace customer services.

I just buy – extreme membership 30 days, and just used 2 or 3 day than my extreme membership gone, I dont know what happen, I think they are fraud/ unsecured

my daughter who is a single mom is very much addicted in this website. she has a 1-year old son, who is from his early age fell down from the bed, and up to now it is still happening because my daughter stays in the computer 24/7 and when she fell asleep she never knew whats going on with her kid! She's becoming more irresponsible mom day by day, a very rude daughter now. When I asked her to get out of the computer once in a while, she will just swear at me and even hurt me. Im begging, please don't allow this website or please block it, before anything worse happen with my grandson and me.
