I ordered a lens online but it was not possible to select a pick up point and I chose home delivery. Got an email that it was in the store, so I went there. Store was empty, with a few employees walking around, I went the counter and waited and waited. No one acknowledged me, no hello, nothing. After 15 minutes I was asked if I needed help. The order was still on the way, left with nothing and was told it was not possible to have the purchase mailed to my home as it was in transit. Horrible experience. Never again.

I bought camera from this company and it went stuck with software. camera land told me to contact techrepair cause they are their service company. After almost a month hassle with techrepair and nothing being done I contacted cameraland and their customer service lady told me that I should take a contact with techrepair cause something went wrong and they don't have enough info.

Maybe shop is good but when you end up sending product they sold you to repair they are part of the mess between sony & techrepair.

If a company like cameraland wants to wash their hands from products they are selling and techrepair service they have chosen to work with, then you better beware who you're buying your product from.

Their customer support is worthless and I certainly won't buy anything from them ever again.

Sold my camera body to Cameraland.nl. Their communication is transparant and fast. After they checked the camera I received the compensation quite fast, very nice.

Great service. My camera set was delivered in two separated packages at the same day. I received my order within 2 days at my address in Hamburg, Germany.
