Like many people I had reservations prior to ordering but based on the reviews here I had a degree of comfort. The order was placed on Thursday and received on following Tuesday. Easy tracking through Fedex website from door to door (literally). Theirs is not the absolutely lowest prices online and the postage / packing isn't cheap but compared with the alternatives which all seem to have quite a few scary stories I would happily recommend

I bought a lens difficult to find elsewhere in UK. Very good pricing (they kept their promise No Hidden Charges, what you see is what you pay) and a good aftersales experience. Could be better, like a banner saying that "due to Christmas period orders might arrive a bit later" or something similar. My package arrived later than expected because of that, but I cannot rate them one less star for this. I contacted them with email and their response time was amazing. Joseph and Derek were looking after my order the entire time and although I was worried about it, I never felt that they didn't care about the customer, which makes up for the old-fashioned website

Despite some initial hesitation to purchase an expensive item from overseas, the whole process was very seamless and I am the proud owner of a Canon M lens 18-150mm.

The packaging was no-frills, but all was in good order on arrival.

There are many overseas photographic equipment dealers, and probably as many warnings not to use them. So before deciding to try Camera In The Post I did some research. Trustpilot was first and I was surprised. Almost all reviews 5*. This and Paypal payment option convinced me. And it was a very good decision ! I received brand new lens, cheaper, delivered quickly, hassle free. ( since then I made another purchase – again – perfect ). So… I am adding my 5 stars to their review score !

Bought a lens which arrived in perfect condition (packaging was packed and sturdy) for 拢100 cheaper than average price at most other retailers. Also free postage from Hong Kong and it got here two days ahead of schedule – I've paid for postage on items within the UK and they didn't arrive this promptly.

Honestly thought it seemed a bit shady because the price was so low but enough reviews had me convinced. I will definitely use Camera in the Post for my next lens.
