Not often i give 5 stars, but they deserve it. Better price offered than all the others i tried, great communication throughout, fast payment, couldn't fault them in any way!

had a really good experience with them on a recent order – Nikon Z6 bundle on a very good offer, received quickly, a refund for a strap quickly processed, good customer service. On my list for future shopping!

I really did not trust using you guys, you know, too much unknown internet stuff and never paying the right price.
However I did what was required took the pics and was delighted to receive MY ASKING PRICE and not a dodgy call making excuses why it is 拢20 less.
Gentlemen, I am impressed with your first class honest service and will use it again with confidence.

I contacted Camera Exchange Store hoping to sell a lens and from first contact replies were prompt, polite and Alex showed great patience as I asked question after question. I took my parcel to a UPS collection point, it was delivered to Camera Exchange the next day and they very quickly acknowledged receipt and that the item was as described. Payment cleared into my bank account just a couple of days later. A good price was offered and there were no quibbles.
I have since contacted them regarding a compact camera and although they were unable to buy this their response was again rapid and polite.

I was in London recently on holiday and sold my camera kit to them, easy process and instant payment..highly highly recommended.

Great Customer Service from Alex, my items were collected from home by UPS Courier, items were received the following day as informed by Alex and Payment was arranged immediately by Bank Transfer, I cannot fault this Company, well done.

There was a mix up over the collection of the items as the wrong label had been sent and the courier would not take the goods. I then received the correct label and had to take the items to a collection point. From then on it was a great service with the full amount of the money promised being sent on time.
