I tried CamelShip to ship a package to a seriously complicated address in China..i got amazing rates and even though my package got stuck a bit in Shanghai, CamelShip co-founder and CEO personally stepped in to get it sorted and kept me updated daily via email until my shipment arrived safe and sound. This is where you really know if a company cares or not.
Definitely using CamelShip again and recommending it to everyone for a headache free service.

Shipping is my least favourite part of my job so I am really happy to have discovered Camel Ship! There is no need to pick up the phone or even leave the office which has given me so much more time to get on with other things! The website is really easy to navigate and they offer great rates. Now I don't have to phone up numerous couriers to get a price. Plus I found that CamelShip's price is cheaper than if you were to buy shipping yourself. The pickup was easy and they called me on my mobile. Very flexible and good service. I used it for documents but I just realized that I can send anything including luggage!
