"Got your bak" really means: "We could care less after we have your money."
The grossly overpriced Omega is not only fiddly, but the bite valve broke after only a few uses.
Contacting them will send you on MONTHS of BS, only to end up emptyhanded.
Substandard products at premium prices — after dealing with them since early MAY to get them to help me, I conclude: It would be easier to care for a live camel than deal with this company.

"Got your bak" is worthless. My bite valve broke after a few months and i contacted the camelbak warranty "submit your claim" form.
I heard nothing back despite repeated emails to their warranty email address.
Don't buy from this company – their warranty is worthless and they are selling substandard products at a premium price that they aren't prepared to backup.
