If an item fails in the first or second usage, there should be better recourse under a 1 year warranty. It failed during my first indoor shoot.
Don't buy from Came-tv go with name brand.

Firstly my company bought a CAME – TV Single Gimbal and after a few weeks, we received a letter saying something like,"Please don't use the battery that was sent to you with the unit, as it's a defective batch".
So we waited "weeks" to receive the new battery to finally use it. We were cool, although inconvenienced, by having to hire a gimbal for an upcoming project, we didn't bother making a fuss about it. Plus they were based in China, so what could we do?
Then after a few months, we found it wasn't working. After a few emails, we were asked to send it back.
During the time it was being repaired, we were desperately in need of a gimbal for a 2-3 week shoot so because the CAME Single was getting us the shots we needed (when it was working) we decided to purchase a CAME Argo because they couldn't give us a date on when we'd get the CAME Single back, so we figured it would be safer to just buy a second gimbal at least we'd have a backup.
Then after a few week of using the CAME Argo, the bluetoth remote, (which you need to operate it) broke where the USB cable connects. i.e You could no longer charge it! So they at least sent a replacement one.
Then a few months after that, the "ON" button on the CAME Argo battery pack, decides it's going to break off too. Under warranty, we send emails to tech support only to be ignored.
Prompting us to spend another few hundred dollars on the Quick Release V Power Pack. (Again, purely because we NEEDED a gimbal for our production).
In the meanwhile we got our CAME Single back. After another couple of months it decided to die on us again… YES "AGAIN" this time, we sent a video showing exactly what happened along with an email showing what happened.
We then received an email with a few steps to follow (all of which I did) and responded to a man named Ryan in tech support. This reply was sent in April 12th, 2017.
My reply was as follows –

Hi Ryan,
To answer your questions;
1. Yes I鈥檝e triple checked that it鈥檚 secure
2. The battery is 100% working.
3. No unusual behaviour – Show鈥檚 solid red when low batt and solid green when fully charged.
4. I only connected (or tried to connect) at step 5a.
5a. – Done this and attempted to connect using various versions of the Simple BGC software to establish a connection with no success.
See attached screen recording of GUI v2.43 b9
I downloaded and tried the additional versions – SimpleBGC_GUI_2_56b7, SimpleBGC_GUI_2_55b3, SimpleBGC_GUI_2_50b3, SimpleBGC_GUI_2_55b3
5b. – No connection was established within the software, I also tried about 4 different cables (which I used for my old USB 2.0 External HDD鈥檚 and the gimbal would start flashing – see video 鈥淕IMBALFLASHING.mov鈥?br />
I also tried 1 cable that I used to charge an old digital camera with (When I tried with this cable, the SINGLE didn鈥檛 light up, so i鈥檓 assuming it isn鈥檛 a data cable and the others are )
I鈥檝e also attached screen recording of trying to connect to the software and you can see the error message below 鈥淪erial Data Corrupted鈥?
Note – I tried connecting to two different USB serial ports (LEFT AND RIGHT) on two different MacBook Pros with the same outcome/message
Can you please provide the next steps – Thanks

I have sent 2 follow up emails in JUNE AND JULY, WITH NO RESPONSE!!!!
After spending easily over $3000 USD in total with them and referring them to a lot of other producers here in Australia. They decide to ignore emails when the consumer can't fix the problem.
Sorry that's not how the world works. If something is broken and it's under warranty, it should be fixed.
Anyhow, time to find a new gimbal supplier by the looks of it. If anyone wants an unusable gimbal, let me know!

The product worked perfectly and i placed a new order, and it came 4 days after.
I could track and trace the package the hole way, super support.
