Having purchased the Emily Tote at full price which was delivered and to my regret the very same day the bag was on offer 30% off.

I contacted the customer service as i am on my 7th or 8th purchase and asked if they could refund the difference save me buying again and sending back the full price item. All i got was a generic terms and condition response not a drop of good customer service, gone are the days when it counted and you got a curly wirly with every purchase. Not a loyal or understanding company in anyway, the live chat was ignored as was my request for the chat manuscript.

I have since brought the same bag which will cost the company wages, delivery, returns and a customer. I will never use Cambridge Satchel again.

Oh also the Cambridge backpack they did last year the handle snapped and i had replaced at my cost. Wish i had complained earlier.

Poor service.
