We ordered thousands of mugs from Camaloon in october. They arrived with defect. Have not gotten any help from customer service and they reply to almost no emails at all. Finally they asked us to send the mugs back, which we did. Now customer service wants pictures from us of mugs we have already sent back. Now, 3 months later. We have recieved no help, no compensation and now we don't even have the defected mugs anymore.
Camaloon is not a serious company and I advice that you stay as long away from them as possible. Otherwise you will be decieved aswell.
