Calsound

I ordered a product on a monday , I chose the 3 day shipping. My product was supposed to be delivered on thursday but i never got it. Friday, the day after my product was supposed to be delivered i called calsound and they told me my product was only going to be delivered monday. Today is monday and it is as i write and i haven't yet received my product. Earlier today i called the company and they told me they don't what happened and that they would give me a call back .. After a few minutes i receive a call saying that they don't know what is happening and they will call me back soon explaining the situation.
The store closes at 5 and for the last 3 hours i've been trying to contact them and it rings until voicemail every time !
Needless to say i am very upset and im having a horrible experience with this company and i strongly recomend you not to shop there!

Bought Items from them on wed Feb 16th. I pay through paypal and it said my order was processed. I wait till Feb 24th which is a thurs and try to contact them to find out if my order has shipped,but everytime I send email it gets returned back to me saying email is not valid. So the next thing I do is call them and leave message after a couple of hours they call me back and tell me 1 of the items is not in stock so I agree to pick another item they tell me it will ship friday and they will email me tracking number. Well it is march 2nd and no response I open a paypal dispute on feb 28th. Then I check my order on their site and guess what it said? You guess it my order failed even tho they got my money. My next course of action is contacting the internet crime complaint center. People beware of this scaming site!
