Given the reviews on other review sites, Callready is a company to be avoided at ALL costs.

We set up one of their free phone lines for a cancer charity. All OK till we wanted to close it 4 years later. They refused to issue us with an invoice to enable us to close the account, simply kept the account open and piled on charge after charge because we had cancelled the DD in anticipation of closing the account. They said they had new, updated T&C's which allowed them to do this. The fact we were never told about them was simply ignored, as was a simple request for a closing balance invoice. This must be where they make their money I suppose. Grubbing around for an extra few 拢拢 from all those unhappy clients must add up!! They should not be in business – please avoid them at all costs

Yep its all true the worst telecommunications company on the web. They also go by the name of Dolphin Com & Callready.co.uk. I'm just about to start legal proceedings of my own so i would be very interested in people who have been affected by there terms and would like representation. email daniel at dctdesign dot co dot uk.

Worst company ever!! Avoid at all costs. Charge 拢25 for late payment every month even after contacting them and disputing payment. They hide a 12 month renewal contract in the T&C. Not a nice company at all. A rip off. Be careful

They hide all sorts of stuff in their T&Cs which are non standard. It turns out you are signing up for a 12 month contract, that without 3 months written notice will roll over for another 12 months. I'm not sure without explicitly stating that you are signing up to a contract that this is enforceable, but it shows the kind of company they are by hiding it in T&Cs

They provide cheap 0800 numbers. But they force a 12 month contract on the user. The information about the contract is deeply hidden in the Terms and Conditions of the service. A regular user will sign up for the service without knowing that they will be bind to a 12 contract. Be careful.
