Transferring my money from savings to deposit in my own checking account.

I have dealt with this company for months for PC problems They seemed honest. 5/3/17 I received a call from them that my PC was not accepting the updates (got new PC.) Said they would refund $250. Had me fill out a form to deposit from Wells Fargo online. They ran a scan that locked my PC up. Said they deposited $1,000 too much. Actual amount $1,250. Had me send $900 from Walmart to reimburse the mistake, (prepaid cards.) Said the time expired to redeem them so they would refund the $900 and deposit 2050 and I was to send moneygram for 1750. They withdrew money from my own savings accounts to deposit in my own checking account. They obviously gleaned all my info while they were working on my PC. All looked well in my checking until I checked my savings accounts. Called bank and filed a fraudulent dispute on CallToResolve. Their address to my knowledge:: 1055 W 7th St.,Ste 33, Los Angeles, CA 90017-2577

August 2015 I had to pay $700 to these hackers to keep my computer from deleting all my information. Now they are back to get more. I am getting 10 to 20 call a day from them also. I can only get on my computer for no more than 5 minutes then have to disconnect internet. But the phone calls start coming. Don't know how to stop them.

Fraudulant computer software help.

Call to Resolve is a software scammer company, probably from outside the USA. They mumble so that you don't know anything real about them. The other posts all say they are out of India, but they don't have Indian accents or mannerisms, so I believe them when they say they are from "the East" and "Afghanistan." They initially scammed my partner, pretending to spend many hours "fixing" his Mac, charging him $99.99, and when he complained and thought he was getting a refund of $99.99, they tried to scam me on my Microsoft product (they insisted they had to have Windows in order to process the refund, proceeded to pretend to transfer money into my bank account, "accidentally" transferred too much they had only transferred money from my own linked credit card to my bank account, which I was able to detect by checking my bank account simultaneously on my smart phone, while they were using my laptop}, which they could only accept iTunes gift cards as repayment), but fortunately, I didn't lose anything other than having to reset logins, passwords, and my bank accounts, as they seem to be pretty lame at computer hacking. I was able to easily remove the spyware they had installed.

Error message on computer

Had message on computer. Try to sell me programs. Said computer was infected. It was very difficult to understand them. I feel we can not be safe anymore. This is a new computer protected by Norton. This should not have happened. Can we be safe? This has ruined my whole day.

Computer virus scam, by pop-up.

I called a number that had windows logos, got sold a $199.99 year of service, then $549.98 for software. Later they called to sell me hardware protection! for more than $350.00. Do not call them, avoid this company. Now that they have been in my computer I am not sure if they can get back in.

Hacked into computer

Claiming to be Apple Support with a pop-up on the computer. Blackmailed me into calling them and spending $198.99 to "clean up" my computer when my computer did not even have a virus. Scammers use this company as a background so what they are doing looks legitimate, when really they are the ones who planted the virus.

I would like to know if I was scammed.

I received an alert on-line which froze my computer. A popup alert which read: "Call 1-800-251-4576"
"Spyware/Trojan & Viruses". I called that number and they asked me information to get into my computer so they could clear the viruses. I gave it to them. I was charged $199.99 on my Visa card. I gave them the number. Was I scammed?
