I enjoyed using their dialer software for over 1.5+ year. It's perfect for my small business who was making around 20,000-30,000 calls per month. The thing I enjoy the most is it is robust and its customization features. The support team was super helpful in answering my questions when I need help starting out. I really enjoyed the training and the oboarding process as well. I recommend anyone who's looking for a powerful power dialer to give CallTools a shot.

As a new investor you need to make sure your keeping the costs down but getting the most bang for your buck and these dudes know how to get it done. My support/sales member/&/ motivater 鈥淪hawnie Clark鈥?was super knowledgeable of the product and , helpful to how I should use it and how to set it up made the difference. Cost is less as well so that helped a ton as well!

When I was first looking for a dialer system to implement for my business I was overwhelmed. There are too many out there. How do you choose. There were a few that allowed you a free trial. And I tried out a couple. But I wasn鈥檛 happy with any of the ones I tried. In my search I came across Call Tools and spoke with Chase Alcaraz. He told me I should give Call Tools a try and once I do I won鈥檛 look at any other dialer as I would be happy with it. I thought of course he would say that. He is biased. But then he insisted on showing me demo by screen share. And I liked what I saw. Although they didn鈥檛 have free trial, Chase assure me that if I wasn鈥檛 happy with it, I鈥檒l get a refund and that he is sure I鈥檒l end up keeping it. Well… I have now been using Call Tools for almost a year and I love it! It is really really easy to use. Although sometimes some issues come up but they have the most AMAZING support team!! Every time I need help there is ALWAYS someone there to help. And if they happen to be unavailable helping someone else they do amazing job at following up!! So thank you Chase for convincing me to get this system. And Thank you to the support team – Jessica, Jesus, John, David, Keith!!!

CallTools is by far the best power dialer I have ever used. It is efficient, intuitive and technologically superior to anything else that I have tried. Calls have no lag time – it's awesome. The support staff are helpful, give it a try!

Calltools is great! Chase is awesome and quick to respond. He has tons of knowledge about the Calltools product. I am new with Calltools and so far, I am impressed with the features.

Best dialer we have ever used. Our callers are remote, however we are able to listen to them in real time and speak with them throughout the day like they are in the same office with us! You have the ability to tailor their program to fit your business and not be trapped in a box.
