Makara found the trial period of using Callbridge to be a positive experience thus has gone ahead with a subscription. The Callbridge solutions to communication issues are comprehensive and open ended. We reviewed all several services and both the audio and video are more consistent. Good for intl calling as well.

the audio quality is only 6khz, this is not acceptable since you are stating HD audio quality, the phone conference quality sounds like an old analog phone

As good as it gets. Always great audio (that's their background). If you cannot afford to have people fiddling to get a teleconference up and running, you should try CallBridge.

I just transitioned from a trial membership to a permanent one. I haven't had a chance to roll out Callbridge across my organization yet but I soon will. I have found the system very easy to use and recommend it to anyone looking for a trustworthy platform for conferencing.

I love that this company is Canadian and local and that you 'actually' get to speak to a live person to discuss options and applications. Kudos!! The functionality of the product is great. We've overcome a few learning curves and sometimes, due to peak periods during the day coupled with high volumes do to COVID situation, we had minor connectivity problems. All has been re-mediated!

Intuitive interface, therefore easy to use. I have internet dropout issues so I REALLY appreciate that Callbridge re-connects the call quite seamlessly.

So far it's been ok. However, please let ppl know a couple of things:
– that you need more than just 75mbps bandwidth for smooth video conferencing without intermittent stoppage. It's ok if you're conversing with 1-2 ppl on video but once there are more, it gets choppy, faces disappear and screen sharing doesn't work
– highly recommend to use a desktop hardwired to the router via ethernet as opposed to using it over wifi

Although I am relatively happy with choosing CallBridge over another competitor that has had security issues, the overall experience of my church members has been less than we had hoped for. There could be several reasons for this. However, their experience using other video technologies means they do not understand why they have an inferior experience with this product.

There needs to be an advisory email about certain "must do" features, for call hosts: 1) Turning off notifications for those entering calls, 2) Using a host code.
