I purchased a Rogue Sub Zero for a great price, description was very good and on opening I was very impressed with the quality of face. A slight scuff mark on the toe and one tiny mark unless you look extremely close by the neck basically minimal. Shaft and the grip is in great condition, the head cover looks brand new and it also comes with a wrench and instructions on how to adjust your settings preference. Delivery was quick and I recommend using Callaway pre owned I will be a returning customer.

9/9/20 Update. I spoke with Callaway Preowned by phone this morning regarding my refund amount, which seemed short by $85. He said the additional amount charged was sales tax for "buying back" my clubs. I question that since I returned the clubs within the 15-day satisfaction guarantee period, and were not a buy-back. To my surprise, the agent granted me a full refund, less shipping. I'm pleased once again with CPO! (Previous comment: I recently placed several orders with CPO. I have had mainly a good experience. I returned one of my early purchases within the 15-day full refund period and received a full refund. I decided yesterday to return another order, also within its 15-day period. The CPO customer service person I spoke with when requesting an RMA asked if I had played the clubs. I told him I had. He then told me there would be a 10% restocking fee. Confused, I asked why. He said it was due to the fact that the clubs were "outlet quality" and now would need to be inspected for damage. I didn't know what he meant since there is no "outlet quality" category on their web site. What I purchased was listed as "like new". "Like new" isn't the same thing as "new". According to the CPO web site's "15-Day Money Back Guarantee", "The item must be returned in new and unused condition." I'm not sure how it would be possible to qualify for a "money back guarantee" when buying non-new golf clubs. CPO's seemingly nonsensical "15-Day Money Back Guarantee" policy just cost me about $120.)

Got a 60 degree Mack Daddy 4 wedge of the 'Good' quality which is third option from the best, the club looks like it's never hit a ball & with a brand new grip. Extremely impressed.

Ordered a set of Apex 19 but they sent me Apex 16. Then asked me to send the clubs back and I was told to get the shipping and tax charged on the initial purchase from the shipping company myself. What a joke! Terrible company. A customer has to pay for a mistake incurred by their employee.
Update 16/7/20
The company promised a refund of $685 which is the total amount I paid for the club inclusive of tax and shipping. This happened after I sent them several emails to query about the tax and shipping refund. Then when they received the club they only refunded me $600. Written several emails to query but no reply. Utterly untrustworthy company. Don't bother dealing with them.

I bought myself a Mack Daddy wedge from Callaway Pre-owned UK following a recommendation from a friend of mine who had recently purchased a Big Bertha driver from the same site.
I decided to a get a 'good' condition club for 拢60 – instead of 'like new' or 'very good'. Postage was quick and when I opened the box I was expecting it to have a number of scratches or signs of use but instead it looked brand new! I've played with it a number of times now and love it.
Another friend of mine has just purchased two wedges and had the same experience as me.
No doubt I'll come up with an excuse to buy another club sometime soon and I'll definitely get it from here.

The club was in great condition when purchased, but the face caved in from a strike slightly off the toe 4 weeks after their warranty expired. They refused to provide any assistance. This is the second 3-wood produced by them with the same failure. I recently purchased a replacement that I will return for a different brand since their clubs fail and they won鈥檛 stand behind their product.

I ordered a set of irons, when I read the order I noticed the shaft flex was wrong. I called CS got a RMA. Paid for the ups label, I received the clubs in a box. Put the label on the box sent the clubs back and Callaway charged me a restocking fee. When I called to get a RMA from CS. I ordered the set I originally ordered all in all I was getting a replacement set to replace the ones they sent. Restocking fee my butt, beware their thieves in my opinion.

I purchased two clubs, one in 'good' condition and one in 'average' condition, but both within 5% of price for a similar club. The good club is great, the average one is junk; a condition below what I would see in a thrift shop $2 club. Callaway were responsive, they told me that average is 1-2 on a 10 point scale, but I had to haggle to get them to pay for the return club. If I use them again, I would not trust anything below good in future if I use them at all.

Ordered a club, and waited anxiously. When I got the box I opened and and started to remove it from the box. The shaft near the head appeared to be a bit cracked, when I removed the club from the box the head feel completely off from the shaft as the shaft was broken. Have tried getting through to them and have received 0 response.

I am disappointed about the shipping services and return policy experienced in my order. When I made the order I selected the 2 days delivery services and wrote my PR address. I was charged $39 for shipping. However, the clubs arrived 8 days later. I wrote customer services and the answer was that delay was bevausevit was a ground shipping. Ground shipping to Puerto Rico???? $39 for ground services. Anyway this was not the only problem, the clibs I received were not in good conditions as advertised, many marks and bad grips. When I tried to returned I got the RMA number but after bought the UPS label my irder was cancelled because it doesnt applied to Puerto Rico. (PR is a usa territory and not a international country). So i should have to expend $62 more to return the clubs.
In summary i paid $39 for 鈥済round shipping鈥?and have to
Keep the unwanted clubs because UPS label solicitation was rejected.
In the below disclosure in callaway page do you see any warning that ups label doesnt apply to Puerto Rico orders???

Great price, quality was better then I thought it would be. I found a new way to buy clubs more often. And the fairway woods went on sale 3 days later and I got the difference back no questions asked. Definitely will be a return customer

Buyer Beware!! I ordered individual irons from Calloway Preowned on 20-Dec-2018. They provided a 30% discount on orders in excess of $300.00 USD which I received. Based upon their promise of a Price Match Guarantee, I checked the price of the same clubs, same condition on 30-Dec-2018 and found that each club was listed for a substantially lower price than what I paid when I ordered my clubs. When I called back within the 14 day period, 2-Jan-2019, I received the response that I did qualify for the newer lower price. The service representative explained their "shell" game this way. On my order, the discount was applied to my entire order at the end of the process so the listed price did not reflect the discount. The new lower prices listed on the their web sight already included the discount so the new prices were in fact not lower. This is the kind of shell game, trickery that I would have expected from a much less reputable company but apparently Calloway Preowned falls into this lower category as well. I will not purchase any additional items from Calloway Preowned Golf due to their lack of integrity in the way they advertise their prices to avoid the hollow promise of a 14 day Price Match Guarantee.

Just received my Callaway Big Bertha OS iron set + 4H and 5H. I am so delighted; the clubs are exactly as described. As usual, Callaway Pre-Owned delivered fabulous clubs, at fabulous price. This is my third and not my last purchase from them. The transaction was easy and I received the clubs within four days. Just amazing! Thank you Callaway Pre-Owned, you are the best.

Have had many transactions with Callaway PO. The condition of clubs I purchased were as advertised. The overall process was okay. My last two orders; however, were a bit troubling. On one order, the "like new" condition Big Bertha OS iron set had different lie angles for each of the clubs. I was having trouble hitting the irons with any consistency and went to a club fitter who found the varying lie angles. On my last two orders, I did a trade in. Both times, Callaway PO exceeded their posted guidelines for credit return for the trade in clubs. They say the normal processing time is 7-10 business days. The first order took 16 business days and was expedited because I contacted them several times. I'm currently awaiting credit for trade in clubs they received from me 13 business days ago and am now being told the processing time is 20-25 days; double the time posted on their website.

Love the customization they offer. They do all changes You may need. My clubs were delivered customized only three days after purchasing them. And they were sent from the US to Germany! I will be back to their site.
