2 months ago I changed my credit card so needed to update my card info on the Call2 site. When I tried to do it, the site asked me for my name and address but no details of the new card. Therefore, the transaction was impossible. I tried numerous times on the app on my phone and the website via my computer and tablet. The same problem. I informed Call2 and received their automated reply of we'll contact you in 2 working days. They didn't. 2 weeks later, post holiday, I contacted them again. Same automated replies and zero response. It was only after an irate email to them that they finally responded and said they'd look into the problem. For my troubles, 鈧?0 credit. A week later, they informed me that the problem had been resolved. So, I immediately tried to add new card details but it was exactly the same problem as before. I immediately informed them and yet again received no response. I sent further emails and no response until a few days ago when they fobbed me off with the suggestion that I try to carry out the transaction via their website and on a computer. Back to square 1. The agent obviously hadn't read previous emails or was just making something up instead of dealing with the problem. I have since sent 2 further emails and, yup, no response. So here I am 2 months on and still can't add new card details.

I cannot understand such ineptitude, such total disregard for and disrespect towards a customer who has been promised an immediate solution and then ignored, lied to and fobbed off after years as a customer. Obviously, they don't care, can't be bothered, don't need or appreciate my business. All complaints have been ignored. There is no visible complaints procedure and the only place for comments in their website us for happy stories selected by the company about how wonderful Call2 is.

I recommend anyone using Call2 to change companies .

Call2 do not protect your personal information including passwords, and likely credit card info.
Call2 staff were able to read out my password to me over the phone which they should not be able to see if it were encrypted.
I have instantly removed as much information from my account as I can, but there is no option to delete account, and all payment and contact history is nonremoveable.

I would strongly recommend anyone to avoid using this service as a company that so clearly doesn't have knowledge or understanding of protecting your personal information is a dangerous service to use.

I was an off and on user of Call2 for 10 years. The service sometimes works well. At other times, it fails completely. Recently, they closed my account, because I hadn't used it for 6 months. Customer service was a disaster when I tried to re-instate my account with a "we don't care we don't have to" attitude. I'll not be using them any longer.

I used this web-based calling service for a few years while overseas. It is very convenient in that you can use your computer to make a call to two separate parties, as well as using a special toll free number when abroad, in order to request your calls. This is very helpful if you are not able for whatever reason to get online. The only difficulty is that the website was sometimes difficult to navigate and your user name can never be changed: minor problems for a decent and helpful service.
