I call to check what is wrong w/ my A/C and they won't say how much it will cost. I was told they will tell me when the tech arrived. Technician told me that they charge from time he was dispatch till when he is done. So while we discuss about charges time/meter is already running at min. of $149. I was hesitant but I still agree coz I need to know what is wrong. I was told that a part needs to be replaced & it will cost me $600 and if I need expedite shipping another $75. I said I think about it. I called another company and he charge me $100. for the same part installed w/ in 4 hours. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CO. One thing more he gave me an option for new unit for more than $4K and he don't even know how much BTU he is selling me. BEWARE SPECIALLY SENIORS OF ST. CHARLES, IL.
