Ordered one item and received different one which was DAMAGED. How can you be so awful so you don鈥檛 check which item you send and at least check for damage ? The only reason I can think of is ill-intent to further blame it on the customer. Oh, should I even mention that the customer service is not helpful and slow as it can be ? one which was DAMAGED. Do not order from here! It is simply the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life. They might have a cool collection.. but is not worth the hustle of having to deal with such incompetent and stupid customer 'care'.

Extremely misleading information on shipping. They claim free at first for orders above 99, then charge 7 euros. Unless you wanna go to a unspecified UPS pick up point where they give you no say on which pick up point. Also claim 2-4 days delivery to major cities but it takes them significantly more then a full week to deliver to Amsterdam. It seems that they advertise products as ready to ship but clearly they are not even in stock. Customer service replied once and then decided to completely ignore me, don't order from these scammers!

My Nike鈥檚 sole 180 was cut into two parts and I e-mailed Caliroots. After sending some pictures they confirmed the warranty and sending them back to Caliroots was simple through UPS. Refunding the money took a while, but Anna at customer service was very helpful and I received the refund. Excellent!
