Caliber is enabling me to have a healthy life, build muscle mass, and reach my training purpose. There are several key items Caliber has enabled for me. The right nutrition, knowing what and how much to eat has enabled me to build a healthy nutrition lifestyle. The training plan is guiding me to build muscles and lose weight. The training plan is challenging and interesting to complete every week. I do not want to miss a day. My coach is adjusting the plan as needed and listing to my questions and concerns, the guidance is amazing. Weekly lessons provide guidance and knowledge on how to maintain and live a healthy life. This is knowledge I wish I knew twenty years ago when I first got into weight training. I recommend Caliber as a great way of changing and maintaining your fitness life. Being fit enables you to have a happy life.

I was on the lookout for an online trainer and home workout program thats when I came across Caliber. Its been more than 3 months since I started the program and my results have been amazing. I lost 20 pounds and gained decent bit of muscle.

The program is simple to follow. The diet portion is straightforward where I chose whatever I want to eat as long as I hit my macros. The training videos are great and excercises for the program are tailor picked per my goals.

Best part of the program is I enjoy ineractions with my trainer John. If I miss a day with diet or training then John checks with me to find out if everything is Ok. If I dont like a particular excercise or dont have the equipment then John changes it. John also makes sure to give me regular feedback on my progress.

I tried other programs before but they weren't as effective. With Caliber, I got confidence that I will be able to achieve the physique and fitness I alaways wished to have.

Caliber strong is a great way to have the effectiveness of a personal trainer while the convenience of going to whichever gym you prefer. Every trainer I have had since using the app has done a great job of communicating with me regarding goals and ways to improve. The feedback has been great and I have seen results.

I have been working with Caliber and Paul since June and I am thrilled with the results. I had been doing primarily cardio for awhile but the changes that have taken place since adding back weight training have been amazing. Paul pushes me every week and continues to challenge my abilities. He works with my schedule and always focuses on form, which I appreciate. He is careful to tailor the plan to my goals and keeps my muscles confused. I couldn't be happier.

I鈥檝e been a Caliber member for many months and have greatly enjoyed the experience. The personalized connection with a remote personal coach who customizes my workout routine, updates it regularly, checks in on progress and is available to support throughout the weeks via an in app messenger, is very useful. The strength exercises are easy to follow with video instructions provided if needed. The ongoing logging and comparison to prior efforts is also very encouraging and helps keep me on track.

This is a very powerful service for those that need the flexibility to workout on their own terms and times, but still have a personal coach on hand, literally.

I don't usually write online reviews of products, but I wanted to write this one for Caliber.

I used to be a fairly regular gym-goer, but a variety of things interrupted my flow. (Mostly the appearance of two babies.) I would work out sporadically, but kind of aimlessly. I'd design a workout for myself but then either grow bored of it, or second-guess whether it was well-designed, and fizzle out.

This summer I decided to try Caliber on a whim and it's been great. I really like the personalized training program and having a real person on the other end. My trainer Paul always responds to questions quickly and provides just the right balance of enthusiastic "go get 'em" and "shape up, man!" Logging what I eat has been a breeze, and provides really helpful insights.

Overall what I appreciate the most is that there are no gimmicks here. It's a series of solid weight-training programs鈥攃ustomized to any restrictions such as injury, available equipment, low-ceilinged basements, etc鈥攁nd a totally reasonable, non-fussy eating plan that focuses on macros (fat, carbs, protein). Eat well, work out regularly, and you're good!

It's the personalization that puts this over the top. Knowing that someone is checking on me with a weekly review and check-in really keeps me honest.

I've seen noticeable results, and best of all this feels like something I can keep up indefinitely. I'm not exhausted, I'm not doing 2-hour workouts, I'm eating what I want, just mindfully.

There are things about the Trainerize app that Caliber uses that I'd like to see a bit different, but that's trivial. The app is slick overall.

For $99/month, you really can't go wrong! Caliber has been exactly what I needed, and now I am genuinely the strongest and most fit I've ever been in my 45 years.

I have had amazing results. I have lost a good amount of weight, 15 pounds total, and now i am focused more on body fat. It was 24% now i am down to 16.5%
This is my 5th month with Caliber and trainer Ken. He answers all of my questions and gives great advice when needed.
I am 52 years old and with Ken's workouts and help, i have got my deadlift and squat up to 300 pounds and my Bench Press up to 225!!

I鈥檝e struggled with a lot of weight loss apps and systems and finally realized I need a person to push me! But I don鈥檛 have the budget for a weekly in-person trainer nor the time! Lara is great. She pushes me but doesn鈥檛 micro-manage but also calls me out and encourages me when I fall behind. She鈥檚 there for all my questions and creates new routines when I don鈥檛 like the exercises or want to try something new. So far I鈥檝e lost about 5 pounds and hope to keep going!!

Over the last few years, I tried to add muscle and came back with middling results – I gained some mass, but I gained a ton of fat too.

Over 3 months on Caliber, I鈥檝e shaved off about 10 pounds and my body fat is probably lower than it鈥檚 been in years. I feel like my trainer Ken put together a really solid program just using the supplies I already had at home (I did buy some heavier weights, but nothing crazy). Every body part is targeted well, and I like that I have someone I can ask about form and improvement (and someone to hold me accountable when I鈥檓 doing a crappy job with diet or routine).

Also, while not a primary focus, Ken was able to give me a few ideas to help me improve my 5k time – I鈥檝e shaved about a minute off so far and keep improving.

Well worth every penny.

Over the years, I've had an on again, off again relationship with personal fitness. I've always struggled with planning out workouts, holding myself accountable, and eating right. This program helps with with all of those things and takes a lot of the stress off of my plate. All I have to do is show up and follow the workout planned for me by my trainer. You feel a sense of gratification after every single workout because the app tracks your progress in each exercise. As a visual person its rewarding to see how much I've improved from week to week. My trainer checks in with me often using the message system in the app and keeps me motivated. Another part of the program is tracking your diet. This forces you to be mindful of what you're eating and helps round out a holistic strategy to your fitness routine.

Finally, shout out to my trainer, Jordan for being so awesome! He pushes me to stay consistent in a respectful and patient manner and I really appreciate that because I honestly can't push myself to get to the gym on my own all of the time due to my crazy work schedule. So thank you!

The Caliber program keeps you consistent and disciplined. It's worth every dollar and I highly recommend this app.

I highly recommend Caliber for those like me who don鈥檛 really have a work out background. I often get intimidated at the thought of the gym. It鈥檚 been nice having a trainer as a resource while not being faced with the pressure to perform while he watches. Additionally, my trainer is great. He checks in and answers quickly. 5 stars!

The team at Caliber has been incredibly helpful! The app鈥檚 workout content and the ability to stay in touch with a trainer has helped keep me accountable during quarantine. My trainer, Ken, has been very helpful while I work through some physical limitations and has been amazing at tailoring my workout program to my needs and goals. Highly recommend!

What did I expect coming into this was a pretty generic experience. How many 鈥渢rainer鈥?apps , workout routines , promises to work off the fat in 6 weeks.

What you get his something much different , as well a lot and I mean A LOT of personalization and conversations around needs you have.

Geoffrey Is hands down just a great person , the type of person that will call you out politely but then joke about things with you. He is attentive , none of this hear from 5 days later after a question, he is usually responding with hours of not days.

Caliber really does go above and beyond , and the app that is used really really helps keep track of progress and your exercises. Also , don鈥檛 worry if you don鈥檛 have gym access or equipment. I had to start out with just body weight because of covid and moved into some equipment and he just adjusted the works outs for the transition.

Ken, the trainer assigned to me, has been fantastic. He has tailored my workouts to what I need physically and the equipment that I have on hand. At first I didn't have any equipment and so he made sure that everything was as rigorous as it could be with just bodyweight. As I was able to get my hands on some workout equipment, he started to change the workouts. He has also kept in touch regarding how I'm feeling about the program and the trends that he is seeing with my stats. As things my stats got better, he kept challenging me with new goals. Overall, I have been impressed with the program and the accountability it has set on me.

I have tried everything to lose weight for years and all I saw was my weight going up. Once I hit 230 lbs. I knew I had to find professional help because it wasn't working out to well trying to go on a weight loss journey all on my own.

I went on Google and searched for online personal trainers and just happened to run across Caliber Fitness so I hopped on their website and checked out some reviews.

After checking everything out, I figured why not give it a try. Maybe this time, just maybe, it will work.

I put all my faith in my trainer Alicia to help me along and so far its been amazing. I've lost 10 lbs and multiple inches so far. Alicia has been nothing but helpful and a confidence booster along the way. Chris and Steve have also checked in multiple times to see how things are going and I have had nothing but praise for this amazing company.

Give it a try for yourself. Believe me you won't regret it.

Caliber is an excellent app for anyone needing to be held accountable or anyone that just needs guidance on how to live a healthier lifestyle.

I鈥檝e tried program after program and diet after diet. Each one lasted 2-3 weeks followed by 2-3 weeks of going back to my old habits then on to the next program. I鈥檝e been in Caliber for 8 weeks now and have lost weight every single week. My trainer, Brent, checks in once or twice a week to keep me on track, progressing and motivated. The app pairs well with MyFitnessPal to track meals. For someone like myself who has tried for years to stick to a program, this app is well worth the purchase.

Pre-COVID I was going to the gym 2-3 times a week with a personal trainer and some yoga. I wasn't loosing the weight I was hoping to.
When COVID first hit I did a decent job working out at home. I got board pretty quickly and had a hard time with accountability.
I did a lot of research for online personal trainers and found Caliber fitness. I started working with Ginny just after July 4th. While I still haven't lost a ton of weight my clothes are fitting much better and I have gotten back into a very steady routine. My pictures 1 month from each other are encouraging and exciting. I feel like I'm finally making better life long choices. Right now I have 3 weight lifting sessions programmed and encouraged to do 2-3 cardio sessions programmed per week.
When I was hooked up with Ginny she had me take photos of the equipment I had and programmed accordingly. She was also willing to make adjustments based on things I like to do. I like that I am given Macro goals and not told to do a strict diet.
Ginny is great at checking in and I feel like somehow knows just when I need a little encouragement. I can hear her energy and pep through her the words she writes. It's just enough to get me going.

I would highly recommend Caliber Fitness. I have seen excellent results with a personalised workout and diet. The app is easy to use and helps you track yourself as well as sends info to your trainer. My individual trainer Stephen Lukas is amazing (also 5 out of 5!) knowledgeable, thorough and responsive. In addition Caliber reaches out regularly to make sure you鈥檙e happy with the program, your progress, and your individual trainer. It really feels like you have a team working with you!

Caliber is helping me stay active and moving forward with my fitness, even during a time when it鈥檚 hard to maintain a routine or go to the gym. The app is simple and easy to use, has all the features I need, and I feel like I鈥檓 making progress with my lifts. My trainer, Lauren, checks in on me every week and responds quickly when I have questions. I get just the right amount of helpful emails from Caliber HQ that have useful tips and their philosophy of training, but with no third-party ads!

I feel like Caliber is a great value, and I could get even more value out of it if I were to use all of the features (take videos of my lifts for my trainer, utilize more of the body statistic tracking, etc). However, for now I鈥檓 happy that it鈥檚 been keeping me on a consistent strength routine for the past six weeks!

All thumbs up for Caliber! The program is exactly what I was looking for – flexible scheduling, easy-to-follow routines, and an app that makes fitness-tracking a breeze.

Brent, my trainer, checks in regularly to ensure the plan is working with my schedule and makes adjustments when necessary. He also offers tips on how to achieve goals if falling short and improve or modify workouts if needed.

Overall, I鈥檓 thoroughly impressed. Caliber will provide accountability to achieve your fitness goals through an easy and interactive program. It鈥檚 the most customized and personalized app-based training plan I鈥檝e used. Highly recommended!

Caliber programming & trainers have blown me away! I have been wildly impressed with the system that they have built and Laurence as a trainer. I came from being a trainer part time and am very picky about my programming. I have tried many, many different programs over the years and none have stuck as well as Caliber. I have been so impressed with Laurence as a trainer, as well! He and I clicked instantly, found a lot in common and he has done an incredible job building a challenging and interesting workout program – all with only one kettlebell! Since the pandemic, I have been unable to get to the "real" gym and been stuck working out at home with limited equipment. But after 2 months with Caliber, I don't think I will ever go back to a regular gym – I have been so happy with how challenging and unique the program Laurence has built for me. It keeps me engaged and challenged and I look forward to it every week. He has worked with me to try new movements, update suggestions and create new struggles. I love it. The app is also extremely functional and easy to use, and it's fun to check in daily and see my progress. I recommend this to all my friends and family and am excited to be a part of this killer program!
