Caliber Collision of Alpharetta really put me in a jam. First, they exaggerated the repair estimates before sending them to GEICO. GEICO then totaled the vehicle, but before coming out to look at the vehicle themselves. After GEICO took a look at the vehicle, they agreed, Yep! The repairs were exaggerated!!! In the meanwhile, Caliber proceeded by removing parts from the vehicle that never should have been touched, parts like airbags, headliner, seats… those sort of things. After GEICO declared the car repairable and agreed to have the vehicle repaired at a different shop, Caliber responded by devaluing the vehicle by at least another $5,500. They ruined the interior of the car, scratched the seats, the trunk, and the top of the SUV by taking everything they took off the vehicle and putting the parts inside the and on top of the vehicle. IT WAS INTENTIONALLY DONE!!! AFTER RUINING THE CAR, THEY NEVER BOTHERED TO CONTACT ME PERSONALLY, BUT INSTEAD "WORKED OUT A DEAL" WITH GEICO TO REIMBURSE GEICO FOR REPAIRS FOR THE DAMAGES THEY CAUSED. The only problem is… After 9 months, my car still isn't fixed. SHOULD I BE UPSET BY NOW?

My car was hit by another driver backing into my car. I took my car to the Caliber Collision in Palmdale. Right from the day I dropped it off until the work was done, they treated me like a king. I got regular updates as to progress. They answered every question I had, told me what repairs were done, and made sure that my paint was handled by an expert, since I had a special paint. I could not believe how good it looked when I picked it up today. I looked like it just came off of the showroom floor. Steve was my service agent and he gave me excellent service. I highly recommend this shop if you need your car fixed after damage. You will love it.

My Wife was hit from behind by 2 cars insured by the same company. There was extensive damage to the front, side, and rear of the car. I brought the car to Caliber Collision on Preston Road in Frisco.
Andy Ginn wrote an estimate on the car, and as we both expected the car was a total loss.
Andy went way above and beyond in helping with this. Since the car was totaled, he made no money. He must have spent at least 1 or 2 hours on this and went out of his way to help me. He is obviously extremely knowledgeable and a very good person as well.
If I have any collision damage in the future I know where to take my car.
If their body work is anywhere near as good as their customer service then they are the very best.

Awesome service! Tom performed a detailed estimate on my vehicle. The work was done on time and Tom gave me detailed reports of how the progress of the repair work was going. We were very pleased with all the staff and the service at Caliber Collision! They got us in very fast and made us feel safe during the pandemic by wearing masks. BEST service I have received from a collision center. Anthony was very kind on the phone and in person. The staff inside was very nice and helpful as well. I had a minor issue with my bumper and Caliber Collision took care of me. I was there for only 15 minutes.

Woodie was the guy I worked with while my truck was being repaired, he was top notch. He kept me informed on daily basis and was prompt to respond to my text questions. In fact, everyone I talked and worked with was prompt and courteous. I'd definitely recommend these guys and even though I hope I don't need their body shop repair services any time soon, I'd use them again in a heartbeat if I needed to.
