I've been using the free Basic plan and even with its limited set of features, it has been a nice tool to have at my disposal. Before Calendly, it could take up to five or six emails for me and my client to decide on the time for an interview that suited both sides. Now I can just send my personal Calendly link to a client and all they have to do is choose the time slot in my schedule that works best for them. And when someone books a slot, I get an instant notification so that I won't miss the meeting. Great tool! Saves lots of time, both for me and my clients.

I purchased this program a little over a week ago and it is not functioning properly. I have sent several emails requesting assistance and cannot get any help. I even purchased their top of the line product, this is absolutely ridiculous. You can not get the assistance of a 鈥渓ive鈥?person and the one or two email responses have received have not fixed the issue. Their customer service is the absolute worst! I would not recommend this program based on my personal experience.

Customer service hard to come by…
I had a simple issue and have spent more time emailing back and forth with customer service than necessary. What ever happened to a customer service phone number and live people? Like many tech companies nowadays, Calendly is more about efficiency than effectiveness.

I agree with the most recent reviews. The product is great the customer service is non-existent. I cancelled my account as I was switching companies. They claimed they refunded me the money and sent me a receipt- however the receipt was fraudulent. The refund was returned to a Visa card and I only own AMEX. When I contacted them about this, it took days to get a response. They stood firm on the fact that they returned my money even after they acknowledged there was an AMEX on my account. As someone that runs a customer serviced based business, they won鈥檛 be in business much longer if they continue on this path. It鈥檚 sad. All you have is your reputation and once that鈥檚 gone you have nothing. It鈥檚 just a matter of time before Calendly has nothing.

TERRIBLE! RIP OFF!! I paid them $144 for the year in June of 2019. They have me on Free plan and somehow took away my Pro Plan that I paid for and there is no way to contact them. Their customer service is non-existent! Stay away!

The easiest online-based appointment setting option I have ever used.
Obviously, the paid version has more benefits but if you don't mind to show the Calendly logo on your appointment setting page you can easily be happy with the free version.
NO spam or unwanted emails from them.

I鈥檝e been meaning to review Calendly for a while now. They are great. I used them for a good couple of years to help schedule interviews & phone screens for a high volume internal recruitment role. Probably saving me around 6/7 hours per week. This is huge.
The thing that prompted this review however, is the fact that I totally forgot to cancel my auto-renewing subscription when I left my job. It didn鈥檛 help that all the log ins were under the old work emails & passwords id forgotten.
Most companies wouldn鈥檛 refund you when you forgot to cancel an auto-reviewing subscription like this, but not Calendly! Refunded without question or fuss.
Brilliant in every way.
PS Calendly, you guys should totally try to integrate with modern ATS systems like Greenhouse. I don鈥檛 use it anymore, but it seems like it鈥檇 be a great fit.

great integration with gmail/gsuite and very easy to configure it makes my scheduling calls much easier. give it a try!

I used to dread having 100 emails sitting in my inbox that are months old that needed to be responded to. Calendy is a small service that changed my life in that it made it super easy to schedule short 20 minute phone calls with people to follow up on email threads that I just never found the energy to go back and forth on to schedule appointments.
Whenever I get an email chain that goes beyond 3 replies, I just shoot them a calendy link to have them schedule a 20 minute phone call. It takes zero work to do this and most of the time people won't even book a time to talk on the phone which is a relief and saved me the effort of wasting time on neverending email chains.
