Having spent a very large sum of money on a family spa, from what I believed to be a professional company. I was very disappointed when, within a year I had problems. I contacted the dealer that sold me the spa. that was approximately 6 weeks ago, still no help. I have written to the head office at least 3 times, begging for help, but I don't even get a reply!
For customer service, I think even one star is generous.
