Having placed an order and paid, I waited a week and had nothing but an order confirmation. When I emailed them they said they didn't have a payment from me, and I had to send them a screenshot of my bank statement before I my order was dispatched. Their emails said I'd received tracking information once the order had been dispatched but I didn't receive that either and had to email them again. I eventually got my order but it was a struggle.
