I wish I'd seen these reviews prior to ordering. Ordered a month in advance for my nephews 21st birthday. Despite emailing and confirming the date and receiving a reassuring reply there is still no sign of them 4 days after his birthday. So far my emails asking for tracking have been ignored. I'm pursuing a refund through PayPal.

Just so disappointing. Ordered my son 拢35 birthday pops. Took over 2 weeks to arrive. I had to contact them, twice.
Pops arrived today-not as shown on website- a very sad collection, including green ones…they look sad and unappetising.
Not decorated except with tiny amount of sprinkles. No style or flair just top slightly dunked…expected variety of decoration on the cakes as shown in the glossy photos on the website.
No idea why sent in a flat cardboard box. No thought to sending in a decorative display box or cone. in future I will spend my money more wisely…really not what I expected.

Difficult to communicate with the owner, she is the eternal victim, but blames others. Wide berth is advised, get your cake pops from somewhere else.
