Okay just its just really busy as they say I think. I reach out again on Jan 13 they say let me check and never respond to me. SO on January 19th i check in again they just give the same excuse and say they will let me know soon. AND even with all this time im okay waiting right, ive been patient and been kind in the chats we had. But i felt like i was getting a run around. So on February 15th after they never once reached out to provide any updates or contact me at all it was always me asking I say if we dont do this thing in a week or two i need the money back man nothing has happened. THIS IS WHERE IT GETS GOOD. They say oh we have teams but the price has changed your gonna need to pay an additional $305 because we retroactively changed the price or we can boost you in 3v3's. You gotta be fucking kidding me this place is a massive scam and the worst company ive had to deal with in quite a long time do not at all use these guys as you WILL get fucked with. They say i can get a refund in 2-3 weeks but im even skeptical about that now.
I'll post the chat logs links if anyone wants to see them and to confirm what i said in this review is true.

The first went through rather quickly, about 2 days, and I was happy with the result. That is the only reason I didn't give this 1 star.
The second, first day I was *guaranteed* a same-day rating of 1800, and even paid extra for the "Express" option. That day, my rating ended at 1544 after 12 hours of the booster using my account.
The second day, the booster dropped my account to mid-1400s. I was guaranteed that they would have it up by the end of the day. They didn't play again.
The third day, my account was not touched. I complained, and was given a new boosting team that would "get the job done very quickly".
The fourth day, I was told the team would boost me at midnight their time. Midnight came and went with no word. After messaging Cakeboost at the end of the fourth day, I was told that they had gone offline for the night, and that they had no idea of a schedule for completion.
I don't know where this blame lies entirely, but it seems that the vetting process for these boosters is not sufficient, and the lack of schedule and the excess of "guarantees" is a major downfall. Going back through the four days of conversation, I was given 7 different "guarantees" of completion, and 13 different versions of "sorry".
At this point, the best they are offering me is a discount on their next service, as if I would ever buy from them again. At the very least, they need to comp myself and others like me with a completely free service.
EDIT:
Day 5, morning.
I logged onto my account to find out that the new boosting team logged on, and the only thing they did was spend almost 9k honor on a new 184 feral weapon, rather than using the existing 184 boomkin/resto weapon I had. My arena rating still hasn't changed in 3 days, and is currently sitting at 1466. Haven't heard anything from the boost team in 48 hours. No schedule to complete.
EDIT #2 (recommendation):
On the "Guarantees" tab of the website, it states that a stream will be provided. This is not always true, and unless you explicitly state that you want a stream before they get a team for your boost you may not get one. This is what I've found out on night 5 (after their previous boosting teams spent roughly 9k honor and 950 conquest on my toon). So if you want to make sure that this doesn't happen to you, I recommend requesting a stream before they assign you a team.
EDIT #3:
Day 6 has just started. Boost didn't finish as I was told, got my rating up from 1466 to mid-1500s.
Here are some quotes from Cakeboost from last night (saved for posterity on my computer):
"Hello. Starting in 4h. And will get done."
"The only thing he told me is that it'll be done today. During 5th."
"First boosters couldn't do it because of gear. But now you have good gear. So once they log they will do it in 1 go."
"I understand that. Sorry about delay. Can't do anything about it. There's a really high demand on the PVP. But yeah. What I know for sure is that it'll be done within 5th of January for sure. And [you] will be able to upgrade your gear to rival rank. Also if you could leave a review, we'll do 15% off for your next order."
"Booster said that it'll be done by tomorrow."
All of these quotes are referring to January 5th (Day 5 of my order).

My order was for gladiator, and it took a bit longer than expected, but they delivered! I think the problem was the first booster. The second booster finished extremely fast, and like I said, the customer service was really REALLY good! Would highly recommend them!

They contacted me very quickly and the run went so smooth! Got some epic loots and everyone in the group was so friendly! Will order again soon. <3
