SERVICIO DEPLORABLE!
I will expess my dissatisfaction in English.
I made 2 purchases on an official french website to buy the school books.
My bank account is with Cajamar in Andalucia, Alhaurin el Grande 29120.
The 2nd purchase of 20/08 was cancelled and they blocked my card without informing me; I only found out when I tried to use my card on another ocasion.
I phoned Cajamar, they told me to go the their office (Luckily I was not stranded at the other end of the world with a useless card!), Nuria made a call to "the service in charge" and told me she would call me to explain and would unblock the card so I could buy the books.
Once unblocked, 2 days later, I tried again and… blocked again.
This back and forth of block, unblock, failed purshaces went on for a few days.
Finally, on the 31/08 the payment went through!
On the 05/09,someone from Cajamar called me to tell me I could now use my card!
Cajamar never explained, admitted nor apologised for their lack of effective customer service.
I demand compensation! Let see if Cajamar replies 😉
