The staff here could not have been more helpful.They told me they actually go on all the tours themselves, so what they are telling you about the tour is first hand information. Next time I am in Cairns I will be booking my tours with Clint and the team

My friends and I had a great experience in Cairns , and one of the big reason for that was the support of the staff of Cairns Tour Advice & Booking Center. Without them we wouldn't enjoy like we did. Thanks for all.

I booked a trip to the Great Barrier Reef and I had a few questions before booking which were answered quickly and accurately. Once booked confirmation was received quickly. My MAC then decided to eat all my stored e-mails along with the confirmation from CTABC so I asked for a copy which I received within 12 hours.
I can't fault their customer service and would have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them to others.

From the second my family entered the store, we were greeted by very friendly staff. Clint was very knowledgable about the area and booked us on perfectly suited tours for us.

We visited several tour places before deciding to book and were greeted by pushy backpacker staff who seemed to want to book us on trips they were getting the biggest kick back from and not the most suitable tour for us.

So we ended up booking a full day reef trip, Kuranda trip on the sky cable and train and a Daintree rainforest tour with Cairns Tour Advice. All trips were A+, thanks to Clints recommendations.

Will definitely see the guys at the store again on our next visit to Cairns!

We used Cairns Tour advice in August 2015 to book two day tours
1. Magic Reef tours – for a day trip to the coral reef. Fantastic tour. I'd highly recommend that anyone going to Cairns consider this tour operator, they are a locally owned company and are very well organised, very friendly and efficient staff and well prepared.
2. Trek North tours – for a day to Kuranda. This tour was very average (and touristy) and disappointing overall.
