Lack of communication
I ordered from this shoe company on June 30th. I waited for 2 months until I received a "awaiting shipment" update on September 18th. I tried to call this man, but he didn't pick up. So I texted him about my order/delivery date. He just said to wait for an email (which I never received). Due to the lack of communication, I feel like this man is fraudulent.

I paid 250 to get shoes customized and he said it would be about a month. It鈥檚 been over a month and he still has not shipped or updated me on anything.
