I am absolutely not satisfied with the service. I had ordered an E.S.E Inox coffee machine to Germany. It arrived with scratches on the back. When I reported, I was informed that I would have to bear the return costs. So I bought a new car, got one with scratches and was supposed to pay the costs too. Absolutely incomprehensible.
