I came across the Salimbene Superbar beans on Amazon.com a while back and fell in love with the amazing, complex flavor 鈥?heavy on chocolate notes 鈥?with a lively crema. To my dismay, Amazon discontnued carrying the beans, and a repeated Google search for alternate purchasing options came up empty. I tried numerous expensive Italian-based, highly-reviewed coffee bean from Amazon and local stores, one after another, in search of my amazing espresso that I鈥檇 become partial too. Disappointment after disappointment…..sour, uniform, and weak.
Finally, as a last effort, I e-mailed Salimbene directly with my dilemma. My message was promptly and courteously responded to, and I was given the good news that I could order direct with FedEx shipping. Payment and ordering was easy and seamless, the coffee arrived FRESH! promptly, and well-packed, and I am back to happily sipping my rich, chocolatey, flavorable, creamy espresso:)
