Bought 2 large size cadbury bars for a chocolate cake @ 拢1.85 each ,i couldn't believe they were large sizes.
What a rip off! I certainly won't be buying any more cadbury chocolate they deserve to go out of business .. a great british product down the swany..馃槨馃槨馃槨

Dairy milk does not taste the same any more, despite what Kraft says. When you鈥檝e eaten it for 20 years, you know.. Cadbury鈥檚 chocolate now tastes cheap and plasticy. A huge British brand destroyed. So sad. Thank goodness I just discovered James Cadbury has set up his own company. The taste I鈥檇 been missing!!

Cadburys used to be my favourite chocolate, I've been buying it for 40 odd years but not any more. It was bad enough tasting what passes for a tin of Roses last Christmas but now my favourite Dairy Milk has gone from being creamy and delicious to hard, overly sweet and cheap tasting. It's so disappointing to see a much loved company drag their product into the dirt for the sake of profit but sadly thats what seems to have happened. Cadbury have lost yet another life long customer.

Chocolate buttons for Christmas. There鈥檚 a vague taste of dairy milk but overwhelming sweet. The palate and aftertaste dominated with a saccharine-esque sweetness. Not pleasant. Not Cadbury.

Thanks America. Thanks Poland. A British heritage destroyed.

Bought a tub of roses for Christmas, so disappointed, the signature truffle tastes like the cheapest nastiest chocolate, the rest of the chocolates are overly sweet and just don鈥檛 taste as good as they used to. It used to be such a treat, throwing the tub out. Going to stick to Quality Street from now on.

Unbelievable, I received a box as a stocking filler…. What an absolute rip off….. Spoilt for choice, well not to worry, no chance of that with this box… 7 chocolates, 2 flavours actually had 2 of their variety. Great I hear you say was it 2 Strawberry Creams or Orange Creams, maybe Turkish Delight. NO! 2 Fudge 2 Toffee… Seriously Cadbury, more is expected of you! Disappointing

It's just does not have the same taste I will rather buy nestle, Lindt ect but not cadbury

I usually love Cadbury鈥檚 chocolate, it鈥檚 my favourite, but bought a box of Milk Tray for Christmas and they were awful, not like Cadbury鈥檚 chocolate at all, they ended up in the bin! Will not be buying again. Not sure what鈥檚 going on at Cadbury鈥檚 but they need to go back to their original recipe or it鈥檚 bankruptcy fir them I鈥檓 afraid!

What the hell has cadbury done to Roses?. It used to be a top quality product that was a treat. Now it's just tastes like cheap sugary rubbish. Even the dairy milk in it tastes weird and like a different recipe. The last time I buy this! Cadbury get your act together.

I from france but I was stay in Asia I like chocolate I like lindt… Also Belgium Swiss chocolate .. Ritter sport and milka or Toblerone is OK but I try catbury dairy milk hazelnut travel 300g (same price lindt!!) omg is so bad I cannot eat it … And after I read it English chocolate made in Poland … I was even surprised is not finnish by making it in China hehe Please close the door and stop rip-off people with cheap s..t … The taste is not good I would not call this chocolate..

Cadbury鈥檚 chocolate was always my brand of choice, Christmas wasn鈥檛 Christmas without a tin of roses and a cake selection now it is unedible. The wrapping is cheap, the melt is wrong and it has a nasty, cheap aftertaste. They are mixing in all kinds of cheaper things to bulk it out (Oreos etc) but worst of all they seem to have changed the recipe for the actual chocolate

I did the Cadbury Secret Santa online over the weekend and it was amazing. Really good service, and made the Christmas experience really special! I could not believe I spoke to a Christmas Elf on a video call!!!

Cadbury鈥檚 milk chocolate now tasted like a cheap advent calendar by kinnerton! And don鈥檛 tell about the Heroes creme egg, bloody disgusting!!
They sold to Kraft who immediately thought it best to lower the standard of the product so much do that it now tastes like the crap they sell in America ! Well done Cadbury鈥檚 on a massive balls up 馃憥馃徎

Cadbury鈥檚 Heroes are not what they used to be, really disappointed. The Creme Egg used to be my favourite and it now tastes like sick. The Double Decker just yuck and even Dairy Milk even tasted wrong. I now have a really nasty aftertaste in my mouth. I am so upset as I was really looking forward to them total let down Cadbury鈥檚.

what has happened to Cadbury鈥檚 chocolate. i bought Cadbury picnic which I have always loved. it tastes terrible with an awful after taste. so synthetic and leaves a tinge on yout mouth. i will not be buying Cadburys again.. the same for Fruit and Nut and flakes etc. they all taste awful now. has the recipe changed. its the most horrible synthetic taste. i will not recommend Cadburys chocolate agian. was always my favourite above all other for my whole life of 56 years. terrible tasting now!

I was bought a flake the other day and hadn鈥檛 had one for a while and was looking forward to it. The flavour was terrible and nothing like I remember. It was the same with a box of Heroes. I won鈥檛 be buying Cadbury chocolate again unless they revert back to the original recipe

I received a response from Mondelez claiming they use the same delicious recipe? I wonder if Cadbury even gave them the recipe? I know that when Harry Ramsden was bought out, the previous owner took the recipe with him! Maybe it was the same here?

I sent this reply to their customer service:
I do not know how you can say the same 'glass and a half'' recipe is being used as the flavour is almost non-existent!聽 Of 350 comments on Trustpilot, only 1 was positive!聽 I for one will no longer buy Cadbury chocolate – a big loss as it was my favourite!聽聽
I never liked Galaxy because it tasted too weak – your milk chocolate now compares to that.聽 I have tried US chocolate, and dislike most of the popular brands as they too are NOT chocolate as i knew it.
Even worse, you have put forward lots of new mixtures which are also horrible – and not what we used to get from, British invented, milk chocolate.
I cannot imagine how you contend that it is the same.!!!!
Such a shame – and i wish you聽had never bought our beloved company out.

What's happened to all British chocolate, it all tastes awful these days! I'll be saving my money so I can blow it on Belgian chocolate! Funny thing is the Easter eggs still taste good!

Awful chocolate and to add insult to injury, my hazelnut swirl was minus its hazelnut. I used to love Milk Tray and now they are disgusting… I can鈥檛 even bring myself to finish the box so they鈥檙e off to the bin, I鈥檓 not wasting my hard earned calories on their nasty asses!

Awful! Bought Bourneville plain, as the milk was too sweet and sugary. Guess what? Bourville is the same sort of sweet mush. Not chocolate in my mind, just sugary blocks with a faint flavour of chocolate. Really quite disgusting.

Still my go to over the other brands! Not sure why people are so hateful in their reviews!

Wow Cadbury heroes really are disgusting 馃ぎ what happened Cadbury?!
They never tasted quite like normal Cadbury bars but now they are not edible at all. Galaxy here we come!
