BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY – SPECIALLY MT EDEN SHOP! I had my first treatment with them on Friday 31st July, during the weekend the skin around my eyes started getting very irritated, stinging, flacking, ichi, swelling.On the following Monday the shop was closed so Tuesday I popped聽in to聽show my skin to Kate as I was not sure if that sort of reaction was normal or if it was something that I was supposed to worry about.All that Kate said was to use some mineral makeup (I don't聽wear makeup), did not seem concerned or nor offer any solution for my problem.I decided then to wait and聽not put anything on my face as I did not want to make things worse and wait until my next session (in 3 weeks) to see if it would go away.聽When I was just about to have my next session we went into lockdown so it had to be postponed.I had my next session about 5-6 weeks later, once I arrived at the shop I requested to speak to the manager (Kate) to talk about the concerns I had with my skin as the dermatitis caused by their cream/treatment had not gone聽away, Kate could not be bothered talking to me.Devon, who was the lady that did my second treatment even tried to help, the first 2 days after the treatment my skin was ok but then it went bad again.I have asked them to refund the money I paid back as their treatment did nothing but DAMAGE MY SKIN! I have never had any problem with my skin before I聽made the terrible mistake of signing up with Caci.Be very aware of their fake promises of聽beautiful聽and healthy skin, my skin has gotten VERY UNHEALTHY because of Caci's products. If the same happens to you they聽will not care, all they care is about聽money.聽I had now to go to my GP and get professional help to have my skin fixed.THIS IS THE WORSE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD, terrible service. Hopefully I'll never have to deal with Caci again.I DO NOT RECOMMEND CACI AT ALL!!!Side note, my workmate who also had treatment at Caci (different shop) had the exact same reaction as mine and is still suffering to get her skin right again.
