2 days before the event my coach driver rings me and tells me his coach is broke and that he鈥檚 unable to do the job, he has told the booking service 鈥榗ab transfers鈥?but he鈥檚 had bad dealings in the past and they鈥檝e just mugged off customers
Good job he did! As I rang cabtransfers about 10 times over the next 24 hours and kept being told they鈥檇 ring me back / book another service for me. I dealt with Amy.
Then they just start ignoring calls
5pm the night before the birthday party they email me and tell me they are unable to fufull their serive and that they will refund me money

I work on behalf of a charity and was organising a bus to take 50 vulnerable children to an event on their behalf. I had been dealing with Amy Mills, who is the most vile and unprofessional person I've ever encountered. She cancelled our booking a few days before the event, but kept all the money… After weeks and weeks of chasing and being ignored I recouped a small chunk of the money, them keeping the vast majority as a 'deposit'.

I then had to speak to Amy Mills… what a completely stuck up, rude entitled little girl. She claimed it was our fault that one of our car seats didn't have the ability to be strapped in and it was tough luck. I was in absolute shock. She then hung up on me… 3 times.
My wife then called her back and amy said ' are you on holiday ' to which my wife responds ' yes ', amys response…. ' WHATS THE PROBLEM THEN! '. I have never been spoken to in this way before. It was disgusting. She promised we would get a new van for the return journey. We didn't want to use them anymore but thought we would trust again.
On our return journey we had been promised a brand new Mercedes sprinter with isofix points… guess what…. an hour and a half late the same driver turns up with the same mini bus… We sent him away as it was unsafe for our children's car seats to go in and an unsuitable vehicle to be using.
We rang the office and got hung up on. We then rang back and got told there is nothing they can do.. call back tomorrow… hung up on again.
8 adults and 2 children freezing cold with no way of getting home… Thanks a lot.
Honestly, these guys are frauds and we will be reporting them to every single body and organisation we know to get them shut down. Disgusting that people are allowed to trade. What a horrible experience. What goes around comes around

It's unfortunate that we chose to grow to heights of standard adults and body widths that exceed that of small children, but I guess this is the standard we must accept.

The lady name Amy Mills who will communicate with you to get your money. And Jacob is another person who is also a fraud his real name is something Like Yasir.

Got a quote which was reasonable.
They then informed me they would have to transfer me to another department as there was a few extra drops. put me to a gentleman called Jacob who said he do the job. they took a deposit from me. got an email from easyminibus which I was told was one of their operators. They took a considerable deposit. didnt turn up. they didn't reply or pick up the phone, blocked my number. when someone finally got through to them they denied everything. Keep clear, these are scammers and con artists. Have informed the police, action fraud & now trying to get the bank to help claw the monies back. BUYER BEWARE

Nearer to the wedding , we knew final payment was due and again , I had to make contact numerous times to make payment ! One email reply from Amy Mills was particularly short / rude considering I was chasing them and not the other way around !! She then informs me we have been 鈥?upgraded 鈥?to a larger vehicle without explaining why, but fine by us….. until she then says it would normally cost an extra 拢300 but theyd give us a 50% discount !! Discount on what ….why on earth are we paying more money because they can no longer provide the vehicle we have agreed to and paid a deposit on, plus it was only 6 extra seats, that鈥檚 拢50 per head , you can get them all a limo for that ! And it was a 4 minute journey each way !! I argue this and ask why we are liable, to be told we can either pay it or have deposit back and find someone else….which they knew would be impossible with only two weeks left until the wedding. Very convenient. Asked repeatedly to speak to a manager , to no avail. On the day , coach turns up late to pick guests up as Amy and co. had not informed coach driver that he had two picks up on way to church , luckily a guest was very insistent and all was sorted (I must add that the actual coach driver and company the work was given to by Cab Transfers was great , he was just totally in the dark as to his job specifications ) . Just an added stress you do not need on your wedding day. The company had total disregard for the situation . Very convenient telling us we had to pay more or cancel with only 2 weeks notice when I had been emailing for weeks before that with no response . Please do not give them any more business.

The driver was unfriendly and extremely rude, on the outbound journey he tried to drop us off a 6 minute drive from the agreed destination.
On the return The driver had bought along a friend. Before beginning our return journey we were giving the postcodes for the 4 drop off destinations, the drivers friend then told us we had to pay an extra 拢10 for every drop off on top of the money we had already paid. After explaining I accepted the quote for the booking under the condition of having as many drop offs as i鈥檇 like on the return journey WITHOUT any extra cost, the driver set off in a foul mood.
After doing 2 drop offs, we gave the postcode for the next destination (3rd destination), the driver instead proceeded to drive to the last address(4th destination) despite us agreeing before setting off that there was 4 drop offs. He then parked a 4 minute drive from the 4th destination, and the driver expected all passengers to get off of the minibus. Which we refused as we were at an unsafe place. After attempting several times to contact the 鈥渆mergency contact鈥?provided with no answer, the drivers friend then contacted the drivers manager, who was extremely rude and patronising when I spoke to him, after explaining the situation he continued to be rude but after careful consideration he advised the driver to drop us passengers off at both of the desired destinations.
None of the passengers felt safe or felt that the driving skills of the driver were of any good standard.
I tried to contact them and email them but still have received no response.

Be aware this company sub contract the work out to other companies they do not provide their own vehicles and do not look after their customers. They may look like they operate in you area (in this case website showed Bristol area) but they are based near Manchester.
Under no circumstances should you part with any money to this company you will be ripped off
