I had purchased a cabinet and at the time of ordering stated that I wanted to arrange for shipping and to contact me immediately so I could do so. After not hearing from that, not knowing where the item could be picked up, or when it would be available, I decided to cancel as I had a deadline. So I called and left a voicemail with my number and no response, called again a few days later and still no response, sent an email later that day and no response. After two emails and three voicemails, I finally get this exact emailed response,"GOODNESS WE ISSUED A REFUND VIA PAYPAL IMMEDIATELY…….IF YOU LOOK AT YOUR STATEMENT YOU WILL SEE A REFUND ISSUED". So I fired back in big capital text that all that was needed was a phone call or email response advising that this was handled. Communication is customer service 101. I will NEVER order from this company again. Incredibly rude and unresponsive or if you do happen to get a response, expect it to come with attitude. If I could give them a zero star I would.

They said they sent notification e-mails I only got order acknowledgement.
They did not return voice mails.
Did get me tracking number/ package very well packed.
