I live in Grahamstown and there aren't a lot of retailers in town. It is, therefore, really difficult to get some of the stuff you need. I needed a wall charging station with multiple USB points – impossible to find in a small town. I tried out CableKiosk and received amazing service. I would highly recommend them.

I ordered some cables a week ago and to date sent 4 e-mails to follow up… no response. I had to search the net for contact numbers and also got the automated response telling me to e-mail in any enquiries.
I found a cell number, I phoned and it immediately went on busy tone.
Stay away from this company. The positive ratings seem bogus. Cape Town, US??

I inquired about a 40m VGA Cable and they told me they had the cable so i payed and sent in the proof and i have not gotten any response i sent communication with they support email and no response about my delivery…And i urgently need it for a i Function.

I ordered an Ipod shuffle charger on Friday the 15th of July and emailed them the proof of payment, not response or anything from their side and don't even know whether my order has been dispatched or not. Tried to call their landline a dozen times and I never get through, instead it is an automated response. I am really not happy about this.

I was looking for a iPod shuffle sync / charge cable and cablekiosk were able to offer me a very affordable one. Delivery to Johannesburg took 2 days and it was delivered to my door. Im new to online shopping but I have got to say I am impressed. Will use them again!

UPDATE: The day after the below Review the Founder of CableKiosk emailed me apologizing for the delay in the delivery. The next day, the cable was delivered. The company's communication with customers need to change drastically. And if the phone number they have is just an automated voice, REMOVE THE NUMBER AS IT SERVES NO PURPOSE.
The cable works fine. All in all, too much trouble on the customer's part to know what is going on.

Ordered a cable 5 days ago. Paid and provided proof, had to email them to change the status on their site. Was told that the cable would be shipped yesterday. Emailed them yesterday – no response. Emailed them today – no response. Called the number on their email – does not exist. Called number on their site – Told me to email them.
How is emailing going to help when they are NOT RESPONDING!?

ordered the cable through the internet, it got posted, I could track it on the SAPO site and it was delivered promptly, no problem. I am certainly impressed with the efficiency of this service.

I had a product ordered and paid for more than a week ago. No response from Cable Kiosk regarding the order. No one is responding to any emails. I have not even received an email stating product has been dispatched or given a tracking number. Never have I received such poor service. Won't be recommending them to anyone. I will be posting about this on HelloPeter.com
